>>534119 Just have a rigid routine, brah. I do 100 pushups, 100 squats and 100 crunches every weekday broken into various chunks. Some people hate on the idea of doing a set amount of reps, saying you should just train to failure or you won’t get the benefits, but hedonists like us need a game-plan cuz obviously it’s better than having no plan at all. If you’re obese, you probably can’t do 10 stright pushups without sagging or collapsing or whatever. So what? Just do 5 pushups, 5 squats, 5 pushups and that’s you fineto for the day. Just do what you can and keep adding them on every weekday until you’re doing 100 reps of the three exercises and you’ll be working your legs, ass, abs, chest, arms, triceps. Down the road you can make things interesting by doing different variations of pushups, messing with the pace doing it at a snails pace or strong movements. This won’t just improve your fitness but you’ll feel 10 years younger after a while. more agile etc. Your posture will change and your general outlook as well. Can’t do pushups at all? Fine, just start doing them on your knees or use a couch to make it easier. Just don’t fuckin quit. You hear me?! And I blast some esoteric black metal shit cuz you have to go to a dark place in your mind to churn out those reps.
