I think starting in middle school, girls and some boys that may not be as skilled in traditional work should be able to do sex work that will directly benefit them in the future so they can pursue higher education. I'd set up government linked accounts that you can also easily invest like with index funds. The benefit is their earnings would be tax free but it would have to go to in-state tuition of their choice, if not, something would be set up between the states to accept the funds out of state. Capital gains would be taxed though. I think it's a great idea to let young girls and boys learn about saving, responsibility and investing in a safe and regulated system. Brothels can be converted/and adapted to be of more use to kids in their down time with study areas and they can be hooked up with sex apprenticeships under professional and mature workers. I'd be all for it. It's a win-win and it will help those kids coming from even the most impoverished areas have a chance at futhering their education and increasing their quality of life.

We are starting to do that now with Trump accounts for newborns starting with 1000 dollars on January 1st. I just think if we forgoed income tax for tweens and young teens earnings as an incentive it would make it more attractive to them. I think maybe there should be a small percentage that under certain circumstances the child can contribute to the prosperity of the family unit in times of its financial crisis. I really can't think of a single down side to this except for administrative costs and perhaps vetting and monitoring the child's mentors and monitoring their work and activity. I'm lucky I paid as I went through college since I bought a condo in Cape Canaveral (then cheap as hell 62k) and changed my residency to Florida in 11th grade so I would get $87 dollars a credit hour in state tuition when I attended my freshmen year at the coimmunity College. I WISH I would have had this program when I was in middle school. I could have had alot more money and fun to blow during my early 20s. Not physically exhausting work either.
