It's no longer a matter only of if someone is alive, but if the person is himself in that timeline, or was replaced by aliens. Many people seem to have roles that are egregorically essential, so they can't be removed without serious damage to very large systems. It's not just about assassinating someone and it's your way. There has to be a balance, so maybe in many cases it's better to leave your enemy alive and then weaken his position instead, or replacing him with a shapeshifter, or replacing the pilot of this body. Yes they suck yes they track you and I will not use them no matter what because they suck but complete monopolization seems impossible over free speech. Most they can do is to contain it or slow it down. Once they ban the users for free speech the platform dies. Like the way reddit dies currently. Upvoting the wrong posts is a banworthy offense now lmao You will have to figure out a way to not get bothered by captchas that much tho.

Seems like just some well known enemy of the site. To me it looks like it may be "artists" who are upset over AI being used, in combination with framing AI generated images as CP to dirty the association.
