This thread is to contain anything that is mainly focused on politics or other mundane events and narratives that are either not /fringe/ or has minimal connection to fringe topics and not really fitting into other threads. As much as I want to ask everyone that try to keep these posts in their relevant boards but if you think some event is so crucial for fringe you need to post it for the regular /fringe/ audience then you can post it here! Narratives arguments and discussion about politics are allowed here
Qanon fags can go back to 8kun.
I should have named it Intrusive Thoughts >>699 /pol/ edition

In the past 2 days when I visited 4/pol/ they were arguing about this new meme. It was a narrative fest of malformed takes and emotions.
Sorry but what's the point of a non-/fringe/ general on /fringe/? I feel like this will just dilute the spirit of the board.

>>5259 It could have been phrased differently, but I think it intersects with politics, like witches hexing Trump and meme magic and such. It's still /fringe/. I just looked at memes and unintentionally manifested this from the void.
>>5259 It is the "karma" of fringe. Fringe is like /x/+/pol/ in it's lower aspects. The spirit of the board only appears if you can get past it. Even our great leader was obsessed with it then drowned by memetic political issues like these. It's gonna be 2016 with steroids and fent all over again. Better brace ourselves Oh and I wanted to say that this thread should also serve as a way how to avoid these problems creeping into the practices of the average practitioner. Personally I have no idea how to avoid politics in the last decades. In the Bush and Obama era you could ignore it but since 2016 it's impossible. We will need to figure something out for that issue. Also I expect something worse than Qanons appearing in the next 4 years. I don't know what it will be and how it will look like.
>>5263 >>5265 My concern is that this thread may get occupied by materialistic mundanes who are drawn here just to have political arguments with the "crazy people". Occult views on current events are fine but framing the thread as purely politics makes me think people might just start reposting anything they find on /pol/ or twitter to here even if it isn't relevant to the board.

>>5266 >even if it isn't relevant to the board Rule 4 should be in effect if it strays too much. One thread for the mundane application of magic should be fine, then if someone makes a new one, delete it and refer to this one.
>>5266 Yes there is 65% chance for that. But it will stay contained in a single thread. And that is a win. It's literally how banishing works. You trap the unsavory energies in a realm 'where they belong' This is the purpose of the thread instead of retards shitting up proper discussion with the bUt WhAt AbOuT pOlItIcS that usually make longer threads than actual magical discussions. >>5263 >meme magic and such. It's still /fringe/. Yes. Mememagic is too infamous on the web and newbs will ask about it no matter what. It requires a thread >>5268 Exactly
It's no longer a matter only of if someone is alive, but if the person is himself in that timeline, or was replaced by aliens. Many people seem to have roles that are egregorically essential, so they can't be removed without serious damage to very large systems. It's not just about assassinating someone and it's your way. There has to be a balance, so maybe in many cases it's better to leave your enemy alive and then weaken his position instead, or replacing him with a shapeshifter, or replacing the pilot of this body. Watch out for this. I think maybe the reason hexes, especially lethal hexes, don't work is because of this. There isn't anything wrong with the hex itself, if disregarding the context of the target. But if the role cannot be removed without also removing its balance roles, its enemies, then it cannot be turned into a murder.
>>5270 This may be why it's so hard to hex EU politicians to death, for example. Even if they deserve it, they are tied up in a system which would have to collapse if they were removed, so it would have to be necessary to kill all of them at once for this to be successful. It worked with Jörg Haider back then because he wasn't accepted by the rest of them. This may be why the only way is to replace famous people with reptilians all the time. Downright killing them wouldn't work, the timelines would autocorrect for it, and maybe you would find yourself moved into a parallel plane where you'll be irrelevant and alone.
>>5270 Trump is too famous he has too much of a charisma and he dealt with millions of people. His energy is too dominant and he became a centerpiece of many egregores. Until they don't find him an actual replacement he will stay. The question is never how to kill someone but who or how will he replace him. You cannot get rid of the french monarchs if there is no Napoleon in waiting. People don't understand how chaos works at all and how there is a method in every madness. >>5272 90% of the EU politicians are puppets and actors for hire. You need to get rid of the puppet masters and the puppets will follow the new hand. The new hand is not yet ready. And let's not forget even Bardon couldn't handle the political and occult landscape he was maneuvering around back then and now it's making a return. Except now with new players in the fray. Same ideologies with different flavors.

>>5256 >>5257 >spic fuentes acting like he's not the cancer that killed /pol/ Virtually every meme to come from /pol/ after trump/kek stuff ran its course, has a distinctly non-human non-civilian quality to it. Present day /pol/ users remind me of those kids who would larp as Anonymoose back in like 2012. Ultimately they're a digital cargo cult superficially emulating something they will never understand, because they never truly experienced it.
