They write out "tai chi" but the Chinese next to it has the "hand" character included. Ok so LBRH and other daily rituals keep my schizo parasite(s) more or less pacified and I feel alive. What's the next step, how do I fkn blow this thing the fuck up? What's a good trick for getting some visible light during astral projection? It was a common AP trigger for me when I would try to fuck with the plugs to get it working and realize I wasn't having any physical effect. I still try to do this out of habit sometimes including that last night before my previous post. I wonder if it's actually a form of timeline travel or a mechanism by which that can be acheived. Basically what I remember happening is "waking up" somewhere and believing it was real. Something gave me suspicion that it wasn't even though everything about it seemed perfectly convincing. I pounded my fists against some kind of wooden particle board thing and decided to hit the panic button without even being sure it was a dream, and fortunately it worked. The sensation is so much different from a dream (lucid or otherwise). Like being pulled out of a deep dark hole. Robert Monroe is the closest I've found to describing experiences like this as separate from AP, but even his categorization is limited imo.

I’m reading Chasing Phantoms. Still near the beginning but so far it’s a neat consolidation of the ayy lmao-related phenomenon I heard about as a kid. I must say I don’t know exactly what I want out of this book. Maybe I just want a good story. It does read almost like a series of ghost stories to me, but that’s what I want to ask about. I know I’m the kind of person that gets easily affected by horror stories, and not often fictional ones. Since I was a kid, it was always personal accounts or “real” ghost stories that always got to me. I used to have problems going to sleep when I was really young because I would see eyes in the dark or feel a face looking at me. As I got older I realized it was just typical childhood fears of the dark plus my overactive imagination. But reading this book unearthed those feelings again, and the two don’t seem related to me unless it’s just me being a wuss as an adult the same way I was when I was a kid. I heard about this book from /fringe/ so I assume some of you have read it. I want to say I’m more curious than worried, so I’m not concerned I was abducted or anything. Everything I felt more likely has a mundane explanation. But I am interested in how others have responded to this book, especially those who managed to find a use for it on their practice.

Feeling inside is still not something I can do with certainty but I get the real sense it’s possible. At least I was able to notice internal pains I never noticed before. The "perfecting". Qi Gong energy work has 2 important stages. The "local" and the "cosmic". The local is mainly about the energy work of the body where you move your energies and the flow of energies balances your mind and body. Then if you do it long enough it should make you "connect to a Master". The real practice is explained in Zhuan Falun (Turning the Law Wheel) which is to be read multiple times as you won't understand its contents all at once. This is because it's a channelled text with many layers of meaning. The main practice is "cultivation of xinxing", also called "heart" or "inner nature", the main point of ZF is that other practices beat around the bush and do not understand that transformation of Qi into Gong, which is implied by the term QiGong itself, is more than just performing exercises. Exercises drive the transformation of De (virtue, same word as in Dao De Jing) which is a white energy of material quality, into Gong which is high density energy (same term also spelled Kung in Kung Fu). To have any De to transform, you need to get rid of Ye, which is Karma in common speech. This is conventionally done by enduring pain while sitting in lotus position. But this is where ZF makes the revelation that "suffering" is not enough, the "elevation of xinxing" is what makes it really work, it means in simple terms to increase your possible max Gong level by letting go of attachments. The various attachments to be let go of are then described in ZF, which is why you need to have a solid understanding of this text. However, this is where it gets messy: Li started changing the text in 2015, and he also changed the energy system ("egregore" of the practice, the mass practice form people connect to when doing group training) to siphon energy from practitioners. Why the fuck for? Because he started aging, and developed a hunchback. This was because the entity who had possessed him to spread the method was done with this, and left him. There is a disclaimer of sorts in ZF describing this very thing, when "fake Qi Gong masters" are mentioned, and this very example of someone having powers from a possessing entity, then losing them and doing bad things to maintain reputation, is literally described. The entity who shared FG via Li, is known as Scarlet for those who were present on /fringe/ previously. Me and Snail had interactions with her over a period, she explained how this had worked, and the Queen Illivryn further detailed the events during later channellings. Basically, the FG egregore did work at first, and it had a container for bad energy, like a capacitor in an electric circuit, which causes a delay for karmic retribution. This was made to function like so: You start learning the exercises and get a first cleanse, the karma is stored in the collective container. You learn Zhuan Falun and then you start giving up attachments. As you do the sitting meditation, and also endure trouble in life, you are now voluntarily working off the stored karma in a controlled manner. This prevents illness and death by accidents which would otherwise result from karma. But it means you have to keep practicing until you are done, because otherwise the karma stored in the egregore's container, will be instantly dumped back at you, if you try to detach from the practice pre emptively. This could kill you if you have stored a lot. So many people stored karma, then didn't follow the doctrine as explained, didn't deal with the karma, which made the egregore dirtier than it should have been. Then they started losing faith in it, when the karma overflowed back at them and they again got ill. So they left the practice, and then all the karma was instantly dumped back on them. This caused them to be arrested by the CCP and either sent to some prison camp, or interrogated to death. When the movement collapsed, the entity who had shared it via the founder, considered their mission done and left, so now Li also lost all his powers, and he got ill himself from the stored karma. But he has no powers, right, so he then thought the stored dirt is "energy" and he started using to heal himself in the manner described in ZF: some fake QiGong masters will use negative energy to suppress illnesses, but this only works temporarily, and they will have short lives... Was meaning to post way sooner but have been sick and constantly sleepy (and frankly unmotivated to do alot of things)lately. To go into more detail about the dream. We connected through the dream and she was before me laying down. She spoke to me, its sounded as clear as someone speaking to me. But it was in my head kind of like telepathy. She said that she was my momma or something like that. I asked if she was a succubus that I summoned and she didn't answer.
