Well, I think Abraham Lincoln was the worst president, because he permanently discarded the notion that the United States was a voluntary union of sovereign territories by overreaching the powers of the federal government and making it illegal to secede for any reason. And did you know that Lincoln routinely jailed journalists that criticized his policies? I may just be a plumber from Brooklyn, but if you ask me, John Wilkes Booth is a national hero.
