Whoever came up with this needs to be fired. Once I got the REAL GAME it's pretty alright. Better than Monster Hunter World but still a downgrade from Rise. Also the game is surprisingly unchallenging if you upgrade your armor, and even then a good chunk of these high rank monsters still feel like low rank fights and I can just ignore most of their moves and facetank and the hunt still goes fine. I don't like it and I hope it gets tougher. >PLAYAN Akalabeth, AKA Ultima 0. First ever CRPG, made in 1979. It's very primitive and lacking in content, but doesn't at all feel like a game from the 70s. It plays really strangely: there's no EXP, you gain stats by doing quests and health by clearing monsters, in fact there's no way to heal besides clearing monsters. All quests are "Kill X monster in dungeon", and as far as I can tell all dungeons are identical in layout. There are also only two classes. It's impressive how much of what would define the dungeon crawler is already here, people give credit to Wizardry when Alakabeth had it done two years prior. I still think it's better than World, but it's definitely a significant margin behind GU and Rise. The game is also retardedly easy, with High Rank feeling like low rank but with random G rank moves thrown in there for some reason, outside of a single monster with Gore Magala, and Tempered Arkvelds being a second monster with having overtuned damage values compared to the rest of the roster. <Granblue Fantasy VS: Rising Man I am rusty with Anila. Taking her through ranked with the goal of at least a few matches a day to see if I can learn her better. She's still a bottom tier character and I'm incredibly sad the best buff they could give her is just "make her 214H link off of anything lol". But at least GBFVSR is the kind of game where even bottom tiers aren't super far behind and you still have a chance against a better character, just have to put in more effort. Made it to A4 off of that, plus a few other matches, and called it a day. Here's the replay of one of those matches. My play ain't the best either but this guy was... quite funny really. There's a common trend of poorer players over-relying on brave counter rather than dealing with blockstrings at all. Even fought S-rank players with my other main who do it too. Sixth gen would include some of the widely considered good titles in the series like Tales of the Abyss (ps2), Tales of Symphonia(GC), and Tales of Destiny Director's Cut(PS2). Tales of Legendia(PS2) is also there and it's alright.

I don't know if he has years or months left, but I plan on cherishing every day I have with him. He'll jump on my shoulders, ride on me until I sit down, where he'll climb down into my lap, placing his front paws on my shoulders, giving me hugs and kisses, rubbing his face on mine, then settling down and loafing across my chest as he naps in my arms.
