Dragoncon itself is 1st - 4th Sept in Atlanta - http://www.dragoncon.org/ The Hugos have opened their nominations too: http://www.worldcon.fi/wsfs/hugo/ >Those who joined one of the qualifying conventions before the start of January will have already received their unique personalised link to make nominations. (31 January was the cutoff date to join the qualifying conventions in order to nominate; Worldcon 75 members who join after that date will be able to vote on the Final Ballot when it is announced, but will not have nomination rights.) If you're eligible to vote you should have received your 'unique personalised link' so that link above is pretty much useless. This year, Worldcon is in Helsinki, Finland, on 9th - 13th August: http://www.worldcon.fi/ Meanwhile, Sad Puppies 5 is led this year by author Sarah Hoyt (last year was Kate Paulk backed up by Hoyt and fellow author Amanda Green) - who's going with the idea that it's better to ditch the Hugos and focus on supporting the Dragons. After the Hugos clique showed what they're about the last 2 years, it's probably best to leave them to self-destruct. That, and Hoyt has said better not to waste any more money on them - voting in the Hugos is not free. As usual, expect butthurt and pre-planned narrative Misogyny! from socjus they really are triggered by anything Puppy related - especially as the awards dates draw nearer.
