I think I get it now. I know from reading the images of the past, that both Babylon and Atlantis had ways to control such "evil spirits" and the method was so totalitarian in nature, that both times it seemed the society would be immortal and last forever. They somehow had such strong control over spirits, that they were able to use unsalvageable spirits as incarnated worker slaves. Because the predetermined damned are absolute scum, they can be abused freely, and if they complain, they'll just be sent into eternal exile below hell. It's really the same thing in essence, as controlling DNA to nullify these spirits' evil tendencies. When this happens, they will do unspeakable things, and society will end. Their fate is already set, so they don't care. They'll commit absolute evil and be exiled no matter what, so from their view they just want to do as much harm as possible before their end. They still have to pay for it via karma, so it's worse for them if they do worse, but they don't understand that. For them it would be better if they just killed themselves at once, that would reduce their suffering. Finally progress When I decided to learn spirit telepathy, which was the first and easiest step I saw at the time, it took me 2 years before I found a spirit I could talk to. During this time I went around everywhere, churches, old farmlands, deserted urban areas, trying various methods I'd seen mediums and psychics use. It eventually worked out. It was with this experience in mind, that I set out to learn body shifting or "in body astral travel". For a long time I did use a projected body form to interact with other planes, but I always used bilocation, entering a trance and then using the secondary body with no intent of actually leaving the physical. Some years ago I started slowly working on activating different abilities which I know some people have, such as teleportation via "gates", which are places on the planet where the dimensional walls are weaker, or connect with other planes and places. I identified such a place, and started practicing there. The Queen (Illivryn) said those places were used by Vikings in the past, to actually teleport. And that is the function of the old stone circles or ship formations; they are telling people "this is a gate location". It also makes it easier to find the target location when it's been market up like this. Normally it would be necessary to have been at the location to teleport there, but with the circles or ships in stone, a skilled person may be able to Remote View the place and go there even without having previously visited. I've been at a few of these, so after identifying a place near my house where the dimensions are weaker, I tried viewing such locations, and did find a connection. But several issues appeared: if I actually managed to go there, would I be able to return? How would I explain suddenly being in a different part of the country? All sorts of obstacles came up, which made it hard to focus, and I ended up only being able to connect energy streams between locations, not actually travel. In the past year I've been more focused on just trying to move physically into the astral. This because I know it can be done, and I've also been able to move other people. But it's for some reason harder to move yourself than pull someone else. My own "weight of fate" or something, is also greater than most people, which makes it harder to move. I'm simply forced to remain in 1st person view because I have "scheduled tasks" that just cannot go wrong, no matter what, so I'm prevented from going anywhere. I can set things up, and create other-dimensional bodies, but only bilocate there in trance, not move completely. More recently I was able to do this, but it always took place in "instants", where upon return no time had passed. The memories of what I did weren't logically connected and would only come back gradually like a stream repeating what I had done, appearing as if I was experiencing a passive bilocation. The returning memories of this instant trip, may take a few days to play out so I could recall what I actually did. Earlier this morning, I was again practicing moving to a second body in a different plane, and this time I experienced something new: I turned "weightless" for a short moment and actually shifted over to the other body, then returned again. This felt like a breakthrough, like finally lifting a huge weight off the floor for the first time. Later during the day, I was working on some stuff which I became aware of, which seems related do this toxic mist which has been seen in the US and UK in the past month. When looking into it at the time, I just got the answer "yeah it's fungal spores, nothing to worry about, toxic but not unnatural" and I saw nothing sinister behind it and nothing more could be discovered other than the conclusion it was related to fungus based alien humans. Today after messing around with the Illuminati black market, I notices a white energy connection, and followed it. At first I thought I saw some hive of evil beings, but when prying further I just got some images and phrases, and it seemed like a normal place, a city in a forest. At first I sent an avatar there to investigate. This is how I do it, I then use my avatar as the anchor to RV the location. Thing progressed and I started interacting with the place. At one point I got up and put something in the microwave, then sat down again (because light bilocation is no big deal, I can do it while I wait a minute). Then I "came back" and realized I wasn't hearing the microwave. I got up and looked at it, opened it and the contents were hot. But I never heard the alarm go off, or the sound of it running. I looked back mentally at my memory of what I just did, and realized I had done a complete dive without even noticing, because I was completely focused on that other location. This time, in short; I left, and some time actually passed on this side while I was gone. I wasn't bilocating, that was why I didn't hear the microwave. It was an uninterrupted travel where my memory was continuous and time spent over there equated to time lost here.

Had an interesting encounter last night. I was being shown around the office of a construction site by a worker. He mentioned that one of the employees kept "pet monkeys" and showed me a jar of Funyuns (the fake onion ring snacks). Inside the jar I saw two of these "monkeys" crawling around the rings, except they were very tiny, only one or two inches tall, and they had a very odd look that seemed to be more like hairy Asian men with pointy ears than monkeys. I told the tour guide how amazing these things were, and how crazy it was that they looked almost exactly like Chinese guys instead of monkeys. He opened the lid of the Funyuns and the "monkeys" flew out and began crawling on me. I was distracted by something the tour guide was saying, but then I noticed that the monkeys were biting my arm. I went to shake them off, but then the bites became very painful. I looked at them and noticed that they weren't actually biting me, they were stabbing these long prehensile anteater tongues from their mouths into my arm, and pulling out small marbles from my body which appeared to have some sort of string bound up inside them (pic). I saw their tongues whip about as they pulled out the marbles, and they must have been 2 feet or more long. I assume they were inserting them into my veins. One was biting the base of my ring finger and the other my forearm, and when I woke up from the pain my ring finger was still throbbing from where it was being bit. I am guessing that these things were some sort of pixie? That's the first thing that came to mind afterwards. It occurred to me after I woke up that maybe their tongues were actually worms, and they were in fact helping me by removing parasites from my body. But I projected back into the dream to test it and the anteater tongues did appear to be actual tongues. I went ahead and turned the blood of my dream-body into acid and it seemed to kill them as they tried to feed on me again.

I ran into a peculiar spirit in a dream last night. It was in the basement of an old house; when I first looked at her she seemed to be a rough-hewn doll made out of some sort of red clay with no face, but as I looked at her head her form immediately shifted into what looked like a life-sized doll of a little girl. She had no clothes on but her body was smooth and featureless. She began making warped faces at me that were truthfully very frightening, but I tried to be friendly with her anyway. I asked what her favorite sweets were, and she said anything related to witches. I also got her name. I then left, and she made throat-slicing gesture across her neck, as though she wanted to kill me. After I woke up I projected back into that plane, and made a big sugar cookie with a colorful witch design made of frosting on it. When I went back down into the basement and gave it to her, she immediately became friendly and happy towards me. Later that night I had another dream where I ran into her. I recognized her due to how her body seemed to be made of rough chiseled clay at first before somehow taking on the appearance of a doll face when you look at it. She was going to show me around the building we were in but I woke up before she could do that. So, if you meet a spirit who wants to kill you, just give them good food and then they'll be friendly.

Today I woke up at night my circadian rhythm is currently fucked up and while swinging my leg off the bed, felt my foot brush against an impossibly humongous spiderweb that had apparently been woven in my sleep. Immediately I retracted back into bed. There was one main thick rope-like strand between the leg of my bed, and the leg of my desk, in addition to smaller strands and thin whispy clumps all around. Though I don't suffer arachnophobia, I was at first frightened by the prospect of being in a dark room with a spider bigger than my head. However my intuition felt nothing particularly negative. Then I woke up "physically" and everything was the same minus the web. I'd been planning to do a banishing ritual today to get rid of it, but then I remembered a dream I had a few months ago, of having a giant pet spider living in my room, whom I actually cared for and was also a little bit creeped out tbh. Its size was definitely proportional to the web I saw today. idk what species it corresponds to but it looked like the stereotypical big dark grey spider, somewhat hairy but not a tarantula. Now I'm beginning to suspect that it's a friend or at least something I have a symbiotic relationship with.
