Reposting from /v/: https://www.federalregister. gov/documents/2021/01/25/2021-01767/revocation-of-certain-executive-orders-concerning-federal-regulation https://archive.vn/4FPIZ >By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered that: >Section 1. Policy. It is the policy of my Administration to use available tools to confront the urgent challenges facing the Nation, including the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, economic recovery, racial justice, and climate change. To tackle these challenges effectively, executive departments and agencies (agencies) must be equipped with the flexibility to use robust regulatory action to address national priorities. This order revokes harmful policies and directives that threaten to frustrate the Federal Government's ability to confront these problems, and empowers agencies to use appropriate regulatory tools to achieve these goals. >Sec. 2. Revocation of Orders. Executive Order 13771 of January 30, 2017 (Reducing Regulation and Controlling Regulatory Costs), Executive Order 13777 of February 24, 2017 (Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda), Executive Order 13875 of June 14, 2019 (Evaluating and Improving the Utility of Federal Advisory Committees), Executive Order 13891 of October 9, 2019 (Promoting the Rule of Law Through Improved Agency Guidance Documents), Executive Order 13892 of October 9, 2019 (Promoting the Rule of Law Through Transparency and Fairness in Civil Administrative Enforcement and Adjudication), and Executive Order 13893 of October 10, 2019 (Increasing Government Accountability for Administrative Actions by Reinvigorating Administrative PAYGO), are hereby revoked. The White House no longer has to publish executive orders or provide an explanation behind their policies and procedures, supposedly to fight racial injustice, the downward economy, and climate change. One revoked order is 13892 https://www.federalregister. gov/documents/2019/10/15/2019-22624/promoting-the-rule-of-law-through-transparency-and-fairness-in-civil-administrative-enforcement-and https://archive.vn/UnHpG >Executive Order 13892 >Promoting the Rule of Law Through Transparency and Fairness in Civil Administrative Enforcement and Adjudication >Section 1. Policy. The rule of law requires transparency. Regulated parties must know in advance the rules by which the Federal Government will judge their actions. The Administrative Procedure Act (APA), 5 U.S.C. 551 et seq., was enacted to provide that “administrative policies affecting individual rights and obligations be promulgated pursuant to certain stated procedures so as to avoid the inherently arbitrary nature of unpublished ad hoc determinations.” Morton v. Ruiz, 415 U.S. 199, 232 (1974). The Freedom of Information Act, America's landmark transparency law, amended the APA to further advance this goal. The Freedom of Information Act, as amended, now generally requires that agencies publish in the Federal Register their substantive rules of general applicability, statements of general policy, and interpretations of law that are generally applicable and both formulated and adopted by the agency (5 U.S.C. 552(a)(1)(D)). The Freedom of Information Act also generally prohibits an agency from adversely affecting a person with a rule or policy that is not so published, except to the extent that the person has actual and timely notice of the terms of the rule or policy (5 U.S.C. 552(a)(1))... >No person should be subjected to a civil administrative enforcement action or adjudication absent prior public notice of both the enforcing agency's jurisdiction over particular conduct and the legal standards applicable to that conduct... Agencies can now interpret the law as they see fit and not rely on a standard definition of said law

America is gonna get so fucking bad. There will be probably mass immigration out soon.
>>8037 Board owners tend to be huge faggots so this is sadly normal. >>7379 This is fucked, but also just about what I expected from someone who rigged an election to win.
>>8044 I recommend /pol/ anons migrate to /liberty/
>>7379 The full-on decent into Neo-Communism is now in full-force. The Demonrats stealing the election from the Republicucks was the modern USSA equivalent of the Communists taking over in Russia. GTFO of the USA if you are White, unless you are ready to fight while branded as a 'white supremacist neo-nazi terrorist.'

>>8045 You're not gonna beat a legacy-name board until the BO goes full Kampfy. >>8047 >GTFO of the USA if you are White Gonna have to (((vaccinate))) then, goy.
>>8065 > You're not gonna beat a legacy-name board until the BO goes full Kampfy. And I hope to GOD that don't turn into that Roach (First of all by trying to take the /animu/ philosophy of "taking it easy", though the spambots not helping).
>>8065 The power of tradition never ceases to amaze.
>>8078 >The power of tradition never ceases to amaze. You're on a site full of autistic people (who as a rule hate change and like things to be similar) primarily lured here by the fact they have nowhere else to talk about how the entertainment industry has degraded and actively tarnishes what existed beforehand. Not to mention people invoking white heritage and legacy all the time.
