I check at least weekly pixiv for artists I follow and the diaper tags, and Twitter for artists I follow. Sometimes I check e-hentai and Deviantart. For 'eastern' style art this seems to cover pretty much everything decent.

For twitter it helps to have an account since using nitter just gives you access to the artist works. It doesn't give access to their likes or retweets which can be handy for artist that only post art on twitter. Was never asked to give up a phone number when making an account so you only need email to register. Also you might need a twitter client to actually get notifications for recent post from users you follow since I noticed that the web interface for twitter is now completely shit for recent post. I mostly get recommendations for normalfag shit or shown what the users I follow are also following which is mostly lewd stuff or not diaper related at all.
