Trying to mess around with blender to create some diaper content. As creating 3D character is quite long,anyone has experience with makehuman or fuse? Is it worth checking?

The diaper should be rigged and have weights assigned just like the main character mesh. It would be even better to add morph targets (shape keys in blender) for extreme positions (legs spread wide, legs together, mid-stride, etc) and link those to the bones in the character rig so that the diaper squishes and stretches properly. A deformation cage (or lattice in blender) may also allow you to achieve a similar result.

Also rigify is your friend, I skipped most rigging turotirals because of one blender add-on that comes with it, that gives you acess to meta rigs that rig up the model really well.

The first pic only has her diapers on for one outfit (this might be something I messed up in editing way back), but the second is great, even has a nice alternate for her casual clothes. I picked up another one a while back but couldn't make it work, messed around with it today and it turns out its a male model for the player. It was completely broken with the bulge mod on, so I went in and disabled it, as well as fixing some clipping and other minor edits. Will attach both in case someone wants the original to modify themselves or mine breaks. My edit is the pink with the stars. Won't be using it too much personally, but I figured I could contribute with this.
