Use the internet archive, you can get the original Oblivion for free. Literally search "Internet archive Oblivion," the GoG GOTY complete version should be the first link.
Better graphics, bad lighting, weird character models
Sheogorath's beard is WAY too bushy in the new TESIV, it should be much more groomed and -current year- politics pandering don't make up the difference in price between $0 and $50.
It's much more "RPG" than Skyrim was, so if you're expecting "skeletonized Skyrim" you're going to have a bad time; TES games have gotten less "RPG" over time, Oblivion is the ideal balance between RPG and action adventure game imo.
The remaster has no tangible combat changes to it other than flashy animations
and a few skill simplifications that you wouldn't know anyway if you didn't play the original except for bleed, which is negligible. Marksman still sucks, Sneak still sucks, Magic as a whole is still second fiddle to "just swinging a big hammer around" like Akatosh intended.
Daggerfall is still my favorite TES game, the unity version is wonderful for newfriends to get into without learning how to set up a VM or learn how to enable mouse controls.

Manor Lords isn't an RTS, it's a citybuilder with Total War (also not an RTS) combat grafted on.
