I think Kuro made a pretty calculated choice with the anni, its not too low in pulls and rewards that people will riot like some mihomo annis. However its not a ton to affect potential revenue, its the definition of meh, not terrible but not good. I cant really whine cause its not bad but I am not that excited either. I guess I just expected more than m"meh" from Kuro.
