Fast & Furious series producer Neal Moritz and Paramount CEO Jim Gianopulos sat down at the Produced By Conference to discuss their thoughts on the industry… including why they want to give Sega’s animated hero, Sonic the Hedgehog, a movie. >With James Marsden and Tika Sumpter attached to star in the live-action/animated hybrid, “Sonic the Hedgehog” will be the first film made as part of the first-look deal between Paramount and Moritz’s Original Films banner, which will start next year. >The pitch to make a Sonic movie first came to Moritz several years ago during his partnership with Sony and was won over by the enthusiasm of the team that wanted to make it. >“I thirst for a project with a director that has a clear vision of what he wants to make, and I can just clear the road for him,” Moritz explained at the annual event hosted by the Producers Guild of America. “But when one of the execs from my company came in with this really passionate young guy… he was so persuasive to me about his knowledge and passion for why he wants to make this movie.” >Moritz continued, “What we’re trying to do with Sonic is make a movie about a small-town police officer and Sonic at a time when they are both desperately in need of a friend, and we hope that this theme is friendship is what gives the film its heart and makes it prosper.” >After Sony let the film rights lapse, Paramount picked up the project in October, five months into Gianopulos’ reign as the studio’s new CEO. After Moritz pitched the Sonic project with a three-minute test scene, Gianopulos said that he saw potential in the “quasi-juvenile delinquent” hedgehog. >“It was just instantly engaging and you could see where it was going… what they were trying to do thematically,” he said. >“Sonic the Hedgehog” is part of a slate Gianopulos hopes will help Paramount rebound after years languishing at the box office charts. After leading all Hollywood studios in box office revenue in 2010 and 2011, Paramount lost Marvel Studios to Disney and, since then, has never finished better than sixth in revenue share and only once in the last six years grossed more than $1 billion domestically. >But this spring, Gianopulos’ Paramount got its first box office win with “A Quiet Place,” which became Paramount’s biggest domestic hit in nearly two years with $184 million. Gianopulos says he’s looking for a balance between “safer” releases and ambitious risks with his studio’s release slate. >“We look at the general trends and see what people are interested in, but then we ask, ‘What’s the original spin on that?'” he said. “If you are looking at things that are working today and are thinking, “Oh, let’s do more of that … by that time you release, the audience has moved on.” https://www.thewrap.com/jim-gianopulos-sonic-the-hedgehog-paramount-comeback/

>>2247 >They're actually selling a Sonic Toaster The fucking madmen
>>2247 God dammit I can't believe out of all the cool thing they can do they actually fuck around with memes like Sanic and this. But it's pretty cool that they were able to do a sort of crowdfund on their shop. Still previous point applies, however.
>>2249 Yeah, I wish that they did some Sonic merch that wasn't based off of a meme, but at the very least a Sonic Toaster seems like a more regular piece of merch than say, a Sanic shirt in an actual game.
>>2245 I think even fans can make better sanics than those.
>>2247 Realistically, how much do they think this will sell?
>>2252 Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they hit the 1,000 number.
>>2252 I'm honestly surprised they got so many people to pledge so soon. But, in time the number could grow higher, fan will probably want it since it's cheap and kind of cool.

>Paramount Pictures is budgeting upwards of $7-million for a film shoot later this year that will set a computer-generated hedgehog with supersonic speed loose on the streets of Ladysmith. The animation/live-action Sonic the Hedgehog movie brings the video game icon created by Sega in the early 90s to the big screen and is anticipated to be in theaters November 19 this year. >“We searched all over B.C. and have chosen Ladysmith as our hero town for our movie,” said Abraham Fraser, the location manager for the film. Filming will take place starting in mid-September for somewhere in the range of eight to 11 days along First Avenue, between Roberts Street and Gatacre Street. “For the majority of our filming we would require to close the block entirely…with the hopes of doing intermittent traffic control,” Fraser said, adding how there would be upwards of six days of shooting overnight. The movie’s plot is about a small town coming together to help the sheriff save Sonic – a blue anthropomorphic hedgehog that can reach the speed of sound – from the government chasing after him. “I think it will really bring the town together,” said Fraser of the high budget film featuring Ladysmith’s historic downtown. >Sonic the Hedgehog will be the feature film directorial debut for Jeff Fowler, who received an Oscar nod for Best Director in the Best Short Film, Animated Category in 2015 for Gopher Broke. He also did the visual effects for Spike Jonze’s Where the Wild Things Are. It was announced late last month that actor James Marsden would also join the cast. Starring alongside Marsden will be Tika Sumpter, who played Michelle Robinson in a romantic drama that recounts the first date between the former first lady and president Barack Obama. >As part of the Sonic the Hedgehog shoot, Bayview Framing is set to become the police station in the movie and the Top Drawer Consignment store next door will be transformed into a donut shop. Other arrangements are being worked on with local businesses that also might agree to have their storefronts temporarily changed. The Sonic film has budgeted $300,000 for any loss of business and recouping costs would involve filling out a form available through the Creative BC website. “I certainly don’t feel that any small business should be funding any feature film and so if they’re losing money we have to compensate them for that,” Fraser said. He’s met with about 80 per cent of the downtown businesses and called the majority of discussions “very positive.” “Paramount can’t really afford that negative publicity. I don’t live on the island, but I have in the past, and I still look at all of B.C. as my backyard,” Fraser said, later adding “we certainly don’t want to walk away from the town with anyone feeling disgruntled.” >Upwards of 150 crew members are coming from Vancouver for the shoot and will be staying in local hotels, meaning the economic spin off has the potential to be huge for Ladysmith and the surrounding area. The Sonic the Hedgehog movie also plans to shop local for food and other supplies as well as hire as many people from the Island as possible to fill everything from security to production assistant positions. Vancouver Island North Film Commission’s (INFilm) Joan Miller said the decision to pick Ladysmith as the ‘hero town’ in the movie was a creative one that also benefits neighbouring communities. “It’s a creative decision but what’s nice about this is that there are other locations that are benefiting from this,” Miller said. “The fact that we could put a bigger package together for them and we could find more than just one location was a real bonus as well so we are now doing our best to expand our services and support…” >One of those other locations is along Hwy. 19 between Qualicum Beach and Courtenay where a chase scene could be shot involving a pickup truck. Discussions are underway between the municipality, Comox Valley Regional District and provincial government. Back here in Ladysmith, the largest unknown to be hammered out in the coming weeks will be where all the production vehicles involved with the film will be parked. “Our big hair (and) makeup crews will be well off site,” Abraham said, suggesting Transfer Beach as a potential option being explored. Other vehicles must be all kept on level ground meaning thoroughfares such as Roberts Street and Gatacre will be clear of the work trucks and generators. >“It’s a high budget, live action, CGI… this is not a Sci-Fi Network, independent, or Hallmark (Channel) movie production,” Stone said. “This is Paramount and it’s a big budget holiday action, family adventure type of movie.” https://www.ladysmithchronicle.com/news/paramount-budgets-7m-for-sonic-the-hedgehog-movie-shoot-in-hero-town-ladysmith/

Cybrid101 from Tails' Channel has managed to speak with screenwriter Patrick Casey regarding Sonic's design in the Sonic the Hedgehog film. >TC: Will Sonic look weird and freaky like in that fan film or will he look the same way he does in the CGI game cutscenes? <Casey: Neither. Sonic will have a new design that's still Sonic but a little more realistic. >TC: Will Sonic be the main focus of the movie? <Casey: Sonic is the main character; that was very important to us.

Someone apparently leaked an old 2016 draft of the script from Forces. Original script: https://pastebin.com/kcEWtVR2 Translated script: https://pastebin.com/vDubsVhN The leaker also mentioned that apparently Ian Flynn had written a script himself but it was ultimately not used because this one had already started being recorded. This was denied by Ian afterwards, so take it as you will. Apparently there are some notes on the script from some AW guy which might be Webber, mentioning how some things in the script were retarded, which ultimately fell on deaf years. I think this also confirms (or at least supports) some other things that I don't remember if they were already confirmed or not (Forces being originally called Wars and Gadget being originally called Buddy, which were both mentioned in a previous leak in 2016).

Shit, I have so much going on that I completely forgot about the panel, so thanks for posting these. Seems like it was for the best though, since… what was the surprise they were teasing again? >>2494 I hate Fourdraine's art. >>2496 >The plot has Sonic and friends racing to fight Eggman while actually racing on an "alien planet." I wonder if this is going to make any sense. >>2504 God dammit, Team Hooligan was pretty fucking cool in Archie. Why do they have to fuck everything up with retarded policies such as this hard separation between Classic and Modern universes which they completely forget about whenever it suits them anyway?
>>2513 > Why do they have to fuck everything up with retarded policies such as this hard separation between Classic and Modern universes which they completely forget about whenever it suits them anyway? Probably to ensure that the comic only contains game relevant "main" characters and OCs, largely because the comics are just adverts for Sonic games. Ensuring that characters that have only appeared in games have major roles and comic OCs as side characters that are only comic relevant. It's probably to ensure some level of focus within the comic and not branch out too far into "forgotten" character territory, at least that's how I think Sega and or Sonic Team thinks of it.
>>2513 The big surprise was the reveal of Whisper's design, apparently.
>>2513 >I hate Fourdraine's art. I like her artstyle and think it's cute but it's not very fitting for a comic book cover. I also hate how her version of Modern Sonic looks like Classic Sonic

The final logo for the Sonic the Hedgehog film has been revealed.
>>2626 Looks unimpressive, but nothing too bad.
>>2627 >>2626 Isn't it also the same one we already knew? Does this mean the movie isn't going to have any kind of subtitle or something like that?
>>2628 It's just called "Sonic" The working title was Sonic the Hedgehog: Casino Night.
>>2631 Yup. Can't help but wonder how Casino Night is gonna look if it actually shows up in the movie.
>>2631 I still think it's going to look awkward as hell if it's going to show in the billboards just as "Sonic". >>2632 Maybe Casino Night is an analogy of the movie being a gamble and a cash grab.
>>2632 Maybe Tom is a gambler.
>>2636 Kek, that would be hilarious.
Is it just going to be Sonic and Eggman in this movie? You'd think they'd at least put in a few of his friends to make some extra autismbux off of this fanbase, but no.
>>2638 We don't really know yet. It wouldn't surprise me if it's just Sonic and Eggman, but it would be a waste. At least we wouldn't have to see a Hollywood dumbed down Knuckles, though.
So this is /fast/
>>2638 It doesn't sound like Hollywood cares about Sonic, so they'll care much less about his friends. They probably think the less stuff from Sonic this has the better it'll do. >>2646 So this is anon.
>>2646 Sup anon
>>2646 Yes hello this is /fast/
>>2647 There are people working on the movie that have prior experience with Sonic.
>>2655 Are they in charge of who shows up in the movie, though?
>>2655 There are people from Marza too but as far as I know they are only on the CG side while the more general aspects of the movie are overseen by the studio that produces it, and with the news of Eggman being a live actor I don't think they give a crap about Sanic. This would also be in line with how Hollywood usually treats licensed properties.

>>2755 Sonic's always looked a bit out of place in the human world, but it will be moreso with actual humans this time.
>>2761 Yeah, maybe, but the generally cartoony art style of the games helped make him not clash with how everything else looked, unlike here. The options are for them to live with that, which would be awful, or change Sonic to not look so out of place, which would be awful. They should have come up with something that worked with the property that they were working with, not against it, but that would have required them to care in the first place. tl;dr: everything is awful
>>2762 Yeah, it's gonna be hard to pull this off with any decency. I just hope it's not as bad as Sonic in that one fanfilm.
>>2762 >something that worked with the property that they were working with Such as?

>>2831 I'm not that familiar with NY but I would think NY is much more densely populated than Station Square. Station Square was mostly short buildings if I remember correctly… with a fucking jungle a train station away, lol.
>>2843 Probably, but I still feel like they're more likely to reference Station Square than Empire City. Though there's always the chance they may not reference any Sonic location for NY.
>>2846 I suppose it's possible, but after Green Hills, I kinda got a feeling that they're gonna make a reference to a stage for each location.
>>2846 I agree with both statements. I was just saying that first thing that comes to my mind in terms of stages when someone says NY is Empire City. >>2849 What are the chances they try to make a reference and botch it?

New info about Team Sonic Racing has come out. First, the exact configuration of Team Vector. While Vector is Power as always, Blaze is Speed and Silver is Technique. Team Sonic Racing's story will be told in Rush/Colors DS/Generations 3DS-like sections of static dialogue with models on top. In addition, we've also found about, Dodonpa, a mysterious tanuki who is the focus of Team Sonic Racing. >Who is Dodonpa? >Dodonpa is the central character of the story and is the enigmatic host organizing the race of this work. He is a short chubby tank and his ride resembles an Egg Mobile. It seems that he has sent an Grand Prix race invite to Sonic and friends seeking racers, but for what purpose is a mystery. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2kMbW00lKk Even more information on Team Sonic Racing has come with IGN's interview with Derek Littlewood, the design director of the game. >What made you and your team want to focus making a racing game around [the Team] mechanic? <When we started doing it, obviously the idea of a cooperative racing game was not really a thing. These days, it almost feels like its becoming a genre of its own. The initial idea came from Iizuka-san at Sega, who's the head of all things Sonic at Sega. He had an idea that he wanted to explore. He wanted the ability to play a racing game with his children; they're not as good at games as he is, and he wanted to have a racing game where he could still have a positive experience with them. <I understand that; playing games with people who don't spend their lives playing games like we do. It's nice to be able to play games with them and still be able to have fun with them. And when you play Team Sonic Racing, you can play the game together, play as a team, and win as a team, so it becomes a really positive experience for you. >Are the characters' teams pre-selected, or does everybody get to choose their own character? <We have a range of different modes in the game. In the Team Adventure mode, which is a succession of different types of events, races, and challenges with a light story wrapped around it, the teams are set, because the story is about those teams. <In all other modes, in particular when you play online, you can select whichever character you want and you can mix and match teams however you want. So, if you want a team of all the hedgehogs, then you can have Sonic, Shadow, and Silver. You can also have all the same character, so if you want a team that is Big three times, then you can have a team entirely of Bigs. >What kind of cooperative mechanisms can we find in this game? <There's a range of Team Actions that you can perform. One of them is a Slingshot. You'll see teammates will leave a yellow trail behind them. If you sit in that for a little bit, you can charge up a boost and use that to get the edge on the opposition. <There's a move called Skim Boost; you play these sorts of games, you get spun out by an item, you're sat there waiting to speed back up, and it's a bit frustrating. In this game, if a teammate skims past you, they can catapult you back into speed and get you back into the action. <You can also swap items with each other, so if you've got an item and you're at the front of the pack, but you notice you've got a teammate back in 12th really struggling, you can pass them an item and when you pass it to them, it transforms into something more powerful. There's lots of opportunities for looking out for ways to help your teammate, and it doesn't matter where they are on the track; regardless of their position on the track, there's always something team-based you can do to help them out. >Can your teammate just take your item? Is it like an item bank for your whole team, or is it something where you give them your item? <You have to offer and they have to request it. I can see you'd be a bit frustrated if people kept swiping your items from you. >What kind of items can we expect? <We've based the items in the game all around the Wisps from the Sonic games. Many of them will be familiar from previous Sonic games; the Blue Cube, the Orange Rocket, the Crimson Eagle (which is a homing rocket), the Black Bomb, and a few of the more-powerful ones like the Gray Quake and Ivory Lightning. <We've also got a little easter-eggy item in there for Sonic fans which actually isn't a Wisp but is the Invincibility item. It pops up every so often and in certain tracks, there's certain high-skill areas you can get to where you can get the Invincibility pick-up. We're also introducing new Wisps to the Sonic universe as well, which has been quite exciting; we've been working with Sonic Team in Japan to get approval for the concepts of those, so that's been an exciting thing to do, as well. Interview starts @4:42:53 (1/2)
>>3726 >Are all the maps adaptations of Sonic levels that we've seen before? <The game has 21 tracks in it, in total, and that's split into 7 Zones, and the Zones are picked from games throughout Sonic history, so we do go way back. I think the earliest is probably some tracks from Sonic 3, but we've gotten through Sonic's history. The locations are new, but they're all based on these classic Sonic locations, and again, for the fans, there's some easter eggs in there and nice things that I think they'll be discovering after we launch. <Something we found coming to making a pure Sonic game generally is that there's just so much history there; there's so much to be explored and so much for us to understand as well, about what things are appropriate in the Sonic universe and what things aren't. It's very much a true Sonic game. >I'm noticing on the left side, there's no real ranking; the teams are ranked together. How does that work? <At the end of the race, you get scores for individual positions. That is totaled up for your team, and the team with the highest score wins. Those rankings at the side are representing the real-time updates to those rankings. Basically, the way to win the game is to make sure that everyone on your team finishes in as high a position as possible. You can play it like a lone wolf and go off and try to finish first, but if you're not helping your teammates, then they're struggling to finish. You're not gonna win as a team. So what you have to do is you have to be using actions in the game to help your teammates constantly to help them finish in as high a position as possible. >When you're choosing your character, is the kart part of the character, or do you also choose a kart? <Yes, the kart is part of the character. We haven't gone deep on how this works yet, since we're saving this for a future date, but we do have a customization system in the game that allows you to customize both the performance of your vehicle and the appearance of it. There's hundreds of thousands of combinations of these, and it allows you to really fine-tune your character. I'm a Tails player; I love playing as Tails. I like to customize him with slightly better speed and things like that to give me the edge in races, but yes, there's lots and lots of room for fine-tuning your particular performance and the appearance of your car. We've had people ask where's the transformation from the previous game, and we don't have the transformation system anymore, but what we have is the customization system, which, I think when you start getting into it, has at least as much depth as that, if not more. (2/3)
>>3726 >>3727 >You mentioned earlier about playing games with people who are much better than you and not really having a very good time. Since it is a team game, is there anything in here to accommodate maybe playing a racer with somebody who isn't as good and help them still have fun? <The Team Adventure mode is like a training experience, there's tutorials that run through it, and over the course of the Team Adventure mode, you go from having races that are just 3v3 to races up to the full 12-racer experience. You can play through that Team Adventure mode with up to 3 players in split-screen, and as a result, you can take these sort of people through that training experience and be there with them, helping them to learn the rules of the game. When those guys have been through it, you can take those experiences online and you can actually mix split-screen play with online play in the game, and that for me is the best way to play it; you and two friends sat on the sofa playing split-screen playing against players across the world. That's the best of it for me. >Does each character handle the same or differently Are some characters maybe slower but can go through grass, for example. <We have 3 types of characters in the game: there's Speed-type characters (Sonic and Shadow) who have the highest top speed, they're a little heavier with the handling, and their acceleration isn't as good; there's Technique characters who have higher acceleration and are more nimble; and then there's Power characters like Knuckles and Omega who are the bruisers of the pack. They can bash their way through the racers, but they're quite slow to get going. Each of those types of characters also have their own special ability in a race: Power characters can blast through hazards without suffering a penalty to their speed; there's certain tracks where these are set up so they can even bash through walls to find special routes. Technique characters can go across grass; you don't lose any speed when you're passing across that as a Technique character. And when you do a drift with Speed characters, if you do up to a level 2 drift, you get a Radial Burst which knocks projectiles out of the sky. So if you're drifting and you've got a Rocket coming in, you do a Radial Burst and it knocks it out. So they have not only their own handling but also their own abilities, which means that every single track has a different optimal route for a different character. (3/3)
>>3727 Only 7 zones? That feels a bit low.
>>3726 I can't wait for everyone to only ever use an all Knuckles team online
>>3726 >>3727 This game had Iizuka written all over it but it's still nice to have confirmation. I wish instead of designing things based on his need and his wants, he would be able to get his head out of his ass and see what the customers wants.
>>3728 >you can actually mix split-screen play with online play in the game, and that for me is the best way to play it; you and two friends sat on the sofa playing split-screen playing against players across the world. that actually sounds pretty fun
>>3730 >Team of 3 best boys I'd be for it, tbh.
>>3778 Which are?
>>3700 >Chao in Space 3D I like that this joke is still going on.
>>3779 Knuckles, Knuckles & Knuckles of course.
>>3700 I want a Shadow giant balloon.
>>3787 What would you do with it?
>>3696 Some more info from Famitsu: >Experience the Adventure as a Team <In “Team Adventure” mode, you’ll play through an original story centered around characters from the Sonic universe. To progress through Team Adventure mode, the player will have to clear various stages such as the last-man-standing Survival Race and the Ring Challenge, in which players will race to collect rings. Progressing through the story will also unlock new playable characters and customizable parts for the player’s vehicle! >Producer’s Comment: What Kind of Mode Is It? <Team Adventure is a simple story mode in which you progress the story through racing. The world map is separated into chapters, and by clearing Challenge Missions such as Survival Race, Ring Challenge, Grand Prix, and regular Team Races one by one, you can progress through the story. You can change the difficulty level, too, so it’s perfectly suited for beginners to practice as well! >A New Team Reveals Itself: Team Rose! <A trio whose cuteness is only matched by their cars! Big the Cat makes a long-awaited reappearance in his Froggy buggy! (with a fishing rod attached to the back) <Members: Amy (Speed), Chao (Technique), Big (Power) >Mysteries Abound! >Producer’s Comment: How Much Content is There? <I can’t really say exactly how much content there is, but I think it’ll take a bit of time to reach the ending. Even after reaching the ending, though, there are special clear conditions for each stage’s challenge. In each stage there are a set number of stars the player can collect by satisfying those conditions – I’d imagine that completely clearing every stage might take a while! >Dodonpa Appears on the Scene! >Producer’s Comment: Who is this Dodonpa? <Dodonpa is a central character in the game’s story; he’s the mysterious sponsor behind the Grand Prix. At first glance, he appears to be a funny-looking, chubby tanuki riding around in what looks like the Egg Mobile! He sent letters inviting Sonic and the others to his Grand Prix hoping to have them on as racers, but his intentions are an absolute mystery. Dodonpa seems like nothing more than a gentle, chatty person – but could that be a façade masking his true personality… I hope you’re looking forward to finding out! >A New Team Reveals Itself: Team Vector! <Drawn in by the promise of a large sum of prize money, Vector decided to participate after inviting along his two teammates. Silver’s car’s futuristic aesthetic is pretty awesome-looking! <Members: Blaze (Speed), Silver (Technique), Vector (Power)
>>3791 Brag on the internet about it.
>>3798 >Progressing through the story will also unlock new playable characters Interesting. I wonder if this means there are more than 15 characters or you just unlock those 15 by playing through the story.

I wish we got merch like this in the West.
>>3815 That looks lovely. The Amy stamp especially is cute
>>3815 Damn, those are so cute. Why do these make me happy if I would have absolutely no use for them? But I agree, wish the west got fresh ideas like these for a change.
>>3824 It's so cute & full of life. Damn shame the West can't get this kind of merch.
>>3855 The funniest thing is, this is the same art they've been using since what, SA2?
>>3862 It has been used SO much over the years and it's still being used today, I have no idea why they've never produced more like it.

>>3863 The main thing that bugs me is that they don't make ones for the newer characters. Why haven't we gotten new art in that style for Infinite, or Sticks?
>>3979 Have they done anything with Infinite at all since Forces released?
>>3981 So far, nah. Outside of some merch, it's like SEGA stopped giving a shit about him.
>>3979 Because they suck >>3981 Has Sega done anything at all since Forces released? Mania Plus doesn't count.
>>3998 Renders, promotions, and supervision for Team Racing.
>>3999 >Renders That's Sumo. >promotions Okay, I might give you that. >supervision for Team Racing. >Sega >supervision Anon pls.

New information on the Sonic film has come out over the past few days. First, the movie will feature a campfire scene filmed from August 30-31 near Camp Howdy in the Village of Belcarra, Canada. We also have photos of miscellaneous scenes being filmed around Vancouver and a weird object present in the filming of one or more scenes (it's the black and white triangle tent ship thing).
One last thing: despite rumors from 4chan, Dr. Robotnik will, in fact, have a mustache in the film.
>>4078 I thought the concern was that he'd have hair? Either way, I can't wait to see Jim Carrey in a full-on Eggman costume
(60.55 KB 608x429 Dg6Dky0V4AEkOVl.jpg)

>>4080 That was a concern, but it was never established that his haircut was a part of Robotnik's design, and seeing how a drawing by the film's storyboard artist featured Robotnik being bald (and wearing a mustache), I don't think we'll have to worry about them changing his design too much.
>>4078 Why would anyone care about this when he's already confirmed a human?
>>4081 Well, that pic is pretty solid. Hopefully Jim looks as good in the actual movie.
Despite the film moving to the Internet, Ralph Breaks the Internet will still feature Sonic the Hedgehog in some capacity. https://twitter.com/_rich_moore/status/1034671539910672384
>>4106 Roger Craig Smith said he'd be in a movie. Maybe he meant that assuming Sonic has a speaking role again.
>>4115 I imagine he'll get another speaking role again.
The Sonic the Hedgehog film's release date has been moved up to November 8, 2019. https://deadline.com/2018/08/top-gun-2-a-quiet-place-2-new-release-date-1202446275/
>>4135 I guess there's another bigger movie releasing the week of the 15th
>>4188 IIRC the new James Bond film comes out around the same time as this film anyways.
>>4189 Don't listen to the dumbasses on /sthg/. James Bond 25 was delayed; rumor has it till late 2020. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/james-bond-25-miss-november-2019-release-date-1137104
>>4189 >>4190 I imagine it still would have had a limited effect because of the different target audiences.
>>4190 Which /sthg/? Also thanks for the clarification.
>>4193 The one on 4chan. Those dumbasses honestly believe that Paramount is so stupid that they'd intentionally release the Sonic film right next to the 25th James Bond film when they're actually stealing its spot in order to get sightly more holiday sales.
