>>6259 It's kind of a funny story but I'll have to keep part of it to myself, however the most important fact is I thought I only had to log in once every few months (which I think may have been the case on the original 8chan) rather than weeks for my board to be secure. While I did incidentally log in within a few weeks the new (now former) BO finessed the 8chan staff into giving him the board. As uncool as it was, I don't have (too many) hard feelings about it, but that said until I can be sure that most everyone I care about from the board's more recent roster has contacted me I can't completely give it up. The board may have been largely abandoned, but there are still a few people I 100% want to hear from before I fade into obscurity entirely. Speaking of that, I responded to your second email finally, based Horsefucker. I'm going to try and do a better job monitoring it until my aforementioned goal is achieved. If I don't respond for a while please post here to remind me.

It'll take some work, but we can bring it back once the weekend is over. He has IRL commitments to take care of or it'd probably be done already. The "21 day" BO login stipulation is in the Compendium, but maybe we should add it to the Global Rules text for GR3 directly. I can broach that subject with the other Admins. That said, we absolutely do make a reasonable effort to reach out to BOs before we do board claims transfers. At any rate, I'm sorry about what happened to the Drawpile and I'm glad the ownership issue was something we could resolve without causing too much additional headache. Hopefully we can get your thread back soon and something like this won't happen again.
