TL;DR Version: They made a corporate sole that uses a "capitonym" version of your full name, and your social security number is insurance for you at the time of your birth using your parent's signature. Since they "created" this "corporate sole" or "individual franchise," they control it's acceptable behavior. This social security number has a lot of money behind it they deprive you of. It's actual funding doesn't come from your wages. It's actually funded by borrowing money from central banks like the International Monetary Fund.

I wanted to provide some info on how the government has found a way to violate your 13th Amendment which is normally intended to protect you from "involuntary servitude", for those not already somewhat in the know.

In actuality, these so called "laws" are actually policies and a yearly growing collection of corporate by-laws. These corporate policies are not unlike the same policy handbook that you agree to in return for entering an employment contracts in return for monetary compensation. So, legally speaking, you may not have injured, harmed, or caused a loss on anyone, but you still managed to get dragged into court via a policy officer (commonly known as a police officer) regarding some supposed infraction. And no, they don't know what is being done generally, they are not lawyers.

Agents trying to entrap you with things not relating to acts against men and women) will claim that these codes, rules, statues, regulations, and mandates are "the law", but they actually are not the real law. They are actually known as "color of law" as found and described in 18 United States Code Section § 242 - "Deprivation of rights under color of law". (This by the way is considered a crime by public officials the way).
Most American men across the states for example actually have been criminally stripped or deprived of exercising their substantive right of "Patria Potestas" by Family Courts who use "color of law" code found in 45 CODE of Regulations Section § 505.3 "Definitions applicable under the Act." First you need to understand, if you didn't injure someone, force an individual or other party to incur a loss by theft, or did some harm to them in violation of the common law, then the court usually then summons a version of you that you've probably have not ever understood or noticed before but have always seen through out your life. A corporate sole or individual franchise that is your name in all caps. The courts are not oddly enough actually calling living and breathing men or women, rather they are calling this artificial person or juridical person (See Black's Law Dictionary).
Let's use a well known name to see this distinction more clearly.
