Aldis has been a fine champ and as much I am not a fan of Cody, I see the sense in making him the next NWA Champion. It's something people have brought up too, plus they'll definitely be playing on the fact that Dusty held that title and build the story from that. Well they have 4 months to build this up, already sold out so they don't have to worry about doing anything too out of the box.

i was thinking, there is chance aldis might not even face cody. 1. Aldis might lose before (doubtful) 2. The crusade gimmick is that you have been or beat a former NWA champ. I dont really know shit about cody's career. Thanks to Jarrett that belt has been passed around more than a Vietmanese hooker. Maybe R-Truth will show up at all in wtf.
