You gotta do kegels. The first step is to find your pelvic floor muscles. There's a hammock of muscles that spans from the base of your dick to you asshole (medical illustration pic related), you have to mentally find it so you can practice flexing them. Lie down in bed, preferably with an erection, and try to clench those muscles for about 3 seconds, then relax for 3 seconds. Do as many repetitions as you feel comfortable with (single digit range is fine), overdoing it won't get you results, so listen to your body and don't strain yourself too hard.
