Daivari seeks to prove he is ready for championship glory After attacking WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville on Raw, Ariya Daivari has the opportunity to prove he is ready for championship contention in a non-title battle against The King of the Cruiserweights. Plus, TJP and Tony Nese face Rich Swann and Cedric Alexander in tag team action. >"Friendly" tag team competition >Last week on WWE 205 Live, TJP decided to up the ante in his friendly competition with Rich Swann. After Swann’s victory against The Duke of Dab, TJP bested his friendly rival's time against a local competitor, and now The Fil-Am Flash claimed that it's Swann - not the WWE Universe - questioning his motives. Expanding on his assertion, TJP suggested that Swann hates coming in second to him and he's still bitter about being eliminated from the Cruiserweight Classic by The Duke of Dab. With that, TJP issued another challenge to his friendly rival: find a tag team partner. >Swann obliged, and on Raw it was revealed that he and Cedric Alexander would battle TJP and "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese on WWE 205 Live. Alexander is a logical choice for Swann, as the two are good friends and Alexander brings an exemplary Cruiserweight style to the ring that complements Swann's ability. TJP's choice of Tony Nese is interesting, as he gets a formidable competitor that mixes speed and pure strength. His in-ring style is in stark contrast to TJP, but that could be exactly what The Duke of Dab is counting on to rack up another "friendly" victory against Rich Swann. >Is Daivari ready for the "Neville level?" >During their match last week on Raw, Ariya Daivari realized that Akira Tozawa's shoulder was injured and took advantage of his opponent's condition. This led to Titus O'Neil quitting the match on behalf of his client, which resulted in a rematch between them on WWE 205 Live. >Despite his injury and brutal targeting by The Persian Lion, Tozawa was victorious, but still wanted retribution after Daivari zeroed in on his shoulder. As a result, a still-injured Tozawa insisted on facing Daivari on Raw, again much to the chagrin of O'Neil. >As Tozawa awaited his opponent, WWE Cruiserweight Champion - and the Superstar who injured Tozawa - Neville made his way to the ring. The King of the Cruiserweights happily took credit for the Japanese Superstar's injury and berated his nemesis. Itching for a fight, Tozawa attacked Neville but aggravated his shoulder in the process. This was Daivari's opportunity to strike, and he unleashed on Tozawa. >In a shocking turn of events, The Persian Lion helped Neville to his feet before attacking the WWE Cruiserweight Champion and motioning to the title, suggesting that it was now his time to reign. >Because of Daivari's actions, he will have the opportunity to prove he is ready to ascend the throne of the Cruiserweight division and will face Neville tonight on WWE 205 Live. Is it Daivari's time to shine, or will The King of the Cruiserweights extinguish The Persian Lion's hopes? Find out tonight on WWE 205 Live at 10/9 C on the award-winning WWE Network. ELF VS MUSLIM

WWE 205 Live preview, July 31, 2017: Akira Tozawa and Ariya Daivari battle to face Neville at SummerSlam Tonight on WWE 205 Live, Akira Tozawa and Ariya Daivari will battle in singles competition to determine who will face Neville for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at SummerSlam. Also, has The Brian Kendrick finally made Gentleman Jack Gallagher snap? >Has The Brian Kendrick pushed Gentleman Jack Gallagher to his limit? For weeks, The Brian Kendrick has been berating Gentleman Jack Gallagher and hurling verbal assaults to get inside the British Superstar’s head. The Man with a Plan has impersonated Gallagher, mercilessly beaten down an ambitious competitor hailing from Gallagher’s home of Manchester, UK – all because he bolieves that underneath the three-piece suit, umbrella and fancy mustache, Gallagher is just another run-of-the-mill competitor. Kendrick bolieves his indignation with Gallagher is righteous and that his nemesis’ personality dishonors the hard-work and dedication of Superstars like Kendrick. However, the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion may have finally pushed Gallagher over the edge – seemingly exactly what Kendrick wants. Last week on WWE 205 Live, Kendrick transformed a picture of Gallagher into a clown, expressing his true feelings for the British gentleman. Rather than exchange words, Gallagher decided it was time for action and charged the ring. However, the sly Kendrick escaped through the crowd with a smile on his face, potentially executing his plan to perfection. Will Gallagher once again confront Kendrick? What is The Man with a Plan’s end goal for Gentleman Jack? >Who will face WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville at SummerSlam? Despite a loss to Neville as WWE Great Balls of Fire, Akira Tozawa has made a strong case for a rematch given the questionable tactics The King of the Cruiserweights used to maintain his throne. However, an attack by Neville in the days after their battle left The Stamina Monster with a shoulder injury that has affected his in-ring ability. Ariya Daivari – bolieving it is his time to ascend to the top of the Cruiserweight division – seized the opportunity, engaging in a series of matches with Tozawa and targeting his injured shoulder. The Persian Lion made his true intentions known last week when he attacked Neville on Raw and held the title above his head. The following night on WWE 205 Live, Daivari claimed a victory against the WWE Cruiserweight Champion by Count-out. Both Tozawa and Daivari have made strong cases to challenge for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship, and they battle in singles competition tonight to decide once and for all who will face Neville for the title at SummerSlam. While Daivari hopes to be celebrated like other Iranian athletes that have achieved Olympic and championship glory, Tozawa aims to prove that he – not Neville – is the true gold standard when it comes to the Cruiserweight division. Who will challenge WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville at The Biggest Event of the Summer? Find out tonight at 10/9 C on the award-winning WWE Network!

WWE 205 Live preview, Aug. 15, 2017: A new champion's celebration Tonight on WWE 205 Live, Titus Worldwide presents the championship celebration for new WWE Cruiserweight Champion Akira Tozawa, who scored a shocking victory against Neville on Raw. How will Neville respond to Akira Tozawa's championship celebration? Thanks to the negotiating of Titus O'Neil - on behalf of Titus Worldwide – with Raw General Manager Kurt Angle, the WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match between Neville and Akira Tozawa scheduled for SummerSlam instead took place last night on Raw. In a shocking upset, Tozawa dethroned The King of the Cruiserweights to claim the championship. Tonight, Titus Worldwide presents Tozawa's championship celebration on WWE 205 Live. While The Stamina Monster – and O'Neil – will no doubt bask in the glory of ending Neville's long and dominant reign, the former champion has already made it clear he will not go down silently. Immediately invoking his rematch clause, Neville will attempt to reclaim the title at SummerSlam. Furthermore, Neville will almost certainly not take kindly to any celebration at his expense and will try to use the party to send a message to the new champion before The Biggest Event of the Summer. Will Neville set the stage to reclaim his glory, or is the era of Tozawa here to stay? Is the rivalry between Rich Swann and TJP no longer friendly? Last week on WWE 205 Live, Rich Swann and TJP engaged in a highly competitive one-on-one contest, with The Duke of Dab emerging victorious. Despite claiming a tag team win and defeating the same opponent faster than Swann, TJP earning a singles victory over Swann perhaps finally evened the odds, as Swann won a singles contest in July. Despite the seemingly friendly nature of their rivalry that dates to the Cruiserweight Classic, TJP's excessive celebrating following his victory last week didn’t sit well with Swann. The Duke of Dab confronted his rival on the way back to the locker room, claiming that it was all part of the supposed good nature of their rivalry. Swann didn't buy it and told the first-ever WWE Cruiserweight Champion that he was starting to see TJP's true character. Will TJP's continued quest to best Swann truly remain friendly, or has the winner of the Cruiserweight Classic crossed a line with Swann, potentially at the risk of their rivalry going from friendly to bitter? Find out tonight on WWE 205 Live at 10/9 C, on the award-winning WWE Network.

WWE 205 Live preview, Sept. 5, 2017: Who will challenge The King of the Crusierweights? Tonight on WWE 205 Live, Enzo Amore, Cedric Alexander, Gran Metalik, Tony Nese and The Brian Kendrick battle in a Fatal 5-Way Elimination Match to determine who will challenge Neville for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at WWE No Mercy. >What is the status of TJP's injured knee? During Rich Swann’s battle with Ariya Daivari three weeks ago, Swann and the WWE Universe were caught off-guard when TJP entered the arena on crutches with a previously undisclosed knee injury. The revelation distracted Swann long enough for The Persian Lion to claim victory, but the question of how TJP was injured remained. A week earlier, The Fil-Am Flash and Swann battled in a highly competitive match with TJP emerging victorious. Despite the lingering questions about The Duke of Dab's knee, TJP encouraged Swann to keep focus on a rematch with Daivari. When Swann and Daivari squared off again last week on WWE 205 Live, TJP joined the commentary team – still needing the assistance of crutches. As the action spilled to the outside, TJP prevented Daivari from using the crutch against Swann. Losing focus on his opponent, The Persian Lion found himself on the losing end of the bout, prompting him to attack TJP. To the surprise of Swann and the WWE Universe, TJP battled back, moving around the ring as though uninjured, even nailing The Persian Lion with a Detonation Kick. Swann was confused and suspicious about TJP's status and the nature of his injury, but he accepted the assist. What is The Duke of Dab's status? Is he ready to compete? >Who will challenge Neville at WWE No Mercy? At SummerSlam, Neville defeated Akira Tozawa to reclaim the WWE Cruiserweight Championship he lost one week earlier. Two nights removed from The Biggest Event of the Summer, The King of the Cruiserweights defeated the Japanese Superstar a second time, reaffirming his dominance. It was then that Enzo Amore made his game-changing debut on WWE 205 Live, confronting Neville. Although The King of the Cruiserweights brushed off The Certified G, he kept a close eye on not only Amore – but other potential challengers as well. The Realest Guy in the Room wasted no time establishing himself as a formidable competitor in the Cruiserweight division. After defeating Noam Dar in singles competition on Raw, Enzo teamed up with Gran Metalik and Cedric Alexander to battle Dar, Drew Gulak and Tony Nese. Following a competitive battle, The Certified G secured victory by pinning "The Premier Athlete" while using the ropes as leverage. Last night on Raw, Enzo once again led himself, Metalik and Alexander to victory in a rematch, this time by driving a thumb into the eye of Drew Gulak when the official was distracted. Despite Enzo's questionable tactics, the trio reveled in their victory before being interrupted by the WWE Cruiserweight Champion. Neville informed the tandem that they would battle Tony Nese and former WWE Cruiserweight Champion The Brian Kendrick in a Fatal 5-Way Elimination Match to decide who will challenge The King of the Crusierweights at WWE No Mercy. Who will seize the opportunity and face Neville for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at WWE No Mercy? Find out tonight on WWE 205 Live at 10/9 C on the award-winning WWE Network.

WWE 205 Live preview, Sept. 19, 2017: The King of the Cruiserweights and The Certified G meet face-to-face Tonight on WWE 205 Live, WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville and Enzo Amore will meet face-to-face one final time before they throw down for the title this Sunday at WWE No Mercy. Plus, why did Gentleman Jack Gallagher attack Cedric Alexander and shake The Brian Kendrick's hand? >Has Gentleman Jack Gallagher joined forces with The Brian Kendrick? Last time on WWE 205 Live, The Brian Kendrick took control of a match against Cedric Alexander when his nemesis, Gentleman Jack Gallagher, made his way to the ring. The Man with a Plan was understandably concerned – he spent weeks attacking and ridiculing the British Superstar, and it seemed that Gallagher was seeking retribution. However, Gallagher stunned Kendrick – and the WWE Universe – by turning his focus and brutality toward Cedric Alexander, viciously beating him down. Despite the completely unexpected un-gentlemanly attack, the more shocking moment may have been the handshake between Gallagher and Kendrick. The implications of Gallagher's sudden change in attitude remain to be seen, but was unleashing a more aggressive side of Gallagher part of Kendrick's plan all-along? Has an alliance formed between The Brian Kendrick and Gentleman Jack Gallagher? >WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville and Enzo Amore meet face-to-face With less than a week until they battle for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at WWE No Mercy, Enzo Amore and Neville with meet face-to-face tonight on WWE 205 Live. The Certified G will no doubt put his gift of gab to use in an effort to intimidate the Cruiserweight Champion, however, following their encounter on Raw, it may take more than verbal jabs to rattle The King of the Cruiserweights. On Raw, Enzo addressed the WWE Universe, only to be bulldozed by Braun Strowman. Dragging a dazed Enzo to the ring, The Monster Among Men decimated The Certified G, sending a clear message to Universal Champion Brock Lesnar. When Strowman was finished, Neville made his way to the ring to add insult to injury and hit his WWE No Mercy challenger with his patented and jaw-dropping Red Arrow. How will Enzo Amore respond to Neville's actions, and what will The Realest Guy in the Room say when he faces off with the King of the Cruiserweights? WWE 205 Live preview, Sept. 26, 2017: Enzo Amore is Cruiserweight public enemy No. 1 Tonight on WWE 205 Live, WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore discovers he has no allies after being dismantled by Neville, all the Cruiserweights and Braun Strowman on Raw. How will The Certified G respond to drawing the animosity of the entire Cruiserweight division? >Akira Tozawa tests his might against Tony Nese In recent weeks, Drew Gulak has focused on Akira Tozawa, specifically aiming to ban the Japanese Superstar’s signature chant as part of his campaign for a better WWE 205 Live. Last week, Tozawa battled Noam Dar while Gulak watched the action from the announce table. Much to Gulak’s chagrin, the WWE Universe joined Tozawa in his signature chant. However, tonight on WWE 205 Live, The Stamina Monster faces Gulak’s friend and frequent tag team partner, Tony Nese. The former Crusierweight Champion has his work cut out for him as “The Premier Athlete” brings an uncanny combination of strength, speed and conditioning to the squared circle. While the Japanese Superstar will have to focus on Nese, he will no doubt be looking over his shoulder for Gulak. >Enzo vs. The Cruiserweight division (and Braun Strowman) At WWE No Mercy, Enzo Amore shocked the world when he defeated Neville for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Of course, The Certified G resorted to some questionable tactics when he kicked Neville with a low-blow while the referee was distracted. Enzo’s victory – and the method with which he attained it – drew ire from the other Cruiserweights on Twitter. Talking up his accolades as only he can – and preparing to retire a “Certified G” jersey – Enzo was then confronted by the entire Cruiserweight division. He remained confident and insulted the other competitors before The King of the Cruiserweights emerged to address The Realest Guy in the Room. Enzo continued to hurl insults – this time personal attacks at the former champion. As Neville explained how Enzo alienated everyone near him, he entered the ring, prompting the WWE Cruiserweight Champion to present a no-contact clause signed by Raw General Manager Kurt Angle. The clause said that Neville could not lay a hand on The Certified G or else he loses an opportunity for a rematch. As Enzo continued to insult the Cruiserweights and espouse his own stardom, The King of the Cruiserweights had enough and attacked. With the support of the other Cruiserweights, Neville dismantled the new champion, seemingly throwing away his rematch opportunity to defend the honor of the Cruiserweight division. Unfortunately for Enzo, the punishment didn’t end with Neville. After Raw went off the air, Braun Strowman charged the ring and attacked the WWE Cruiserweight Champion. The Cruiserweights followed suit – each one taking an opportunity to show The Certified G exactly how they feel. With no allies and the entire division against him, how will Enzo respond? Can the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion truly elevate the division, or is he just setting himself up to be a short-term titleholder? WWE 205 Live preview, Oct. 3, 2017: Kalisto aims to change the course of the Cruiserweight division Last night on Raw, Kurt Angle introduced Kalisto as the latest addition to the Cruiserweight division – and the only Superstar at 205 pounds or less with the ability to lay hands on Enzo Amore. Will the lucha sensation be the next challenger for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship? >Cedric Alexander and Gentleman Jack Gallagher finally collide After weeks of being ridiculed and attacked by The Brian Kendrick, something changed inside Gentleman Jack Gallagher. Early last month, he interrupted a contest between Kendrick and Cedric Alexander, shockingly attacking Alexander and extending a hand to The Man with a Plan. That bond was strengthened a week later when Gallagher once again attacked Alexander and seemingly confirmed his new allegiance with his former nemesis. The Man with a Plan no doubt accomplished his goal of unleashing Gallagher’s darker side. Beyond the three-piece suit, umbrella and moustache is a fighter, and Alexander was introduced to that side of the British Superstar first-hand. Tonight on WWE 205 Live, Alexander seeks retribution for Gallagher’s attacks, and he will use his incredible in-ring agility to match Gallagher’s aggressive and unorthodox style. However, Alexander will certainly have to keep an eye out for The Brian Kendrick. >Will Kalisto challenge Enzo Amore for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship? While addressing the Cruiserweight division on Raw, WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore once again expressed his opinion that WWE 205 Live and the Cruiserweight division was nothing before he showed up. The Certified G reminded the Cruiserweights that by attacking him during his championship celebration last week, they violated the clause that stated they would lose a title opportunity if they attacked Enzo. Adding another clause to protect himself, The Realest Guy in the Room stated if any Cruiserweights attack him again, they will be fired. After Enzo explained that he has no opponents and labeled the other Cruiserweights S-A-W-F-T, SAWFT!, Neville led the entire division to the ring to confront the champion. Enzo took the opportunity to insult every single Cruiserweight surrounding him in the ring, knowing they couldn’t touch him. Raw General Manager Kurt Angle then made his way into the arena and confirmed that although the Cruiserweights in the ring couldn’t attack the champion, that rule did not apply to the newest member of the division – Kalisto! The former United States Champion made his way to the ring and decimated The Certified G, sending a clear message that the Lucha sensation is ready to shine. Will Kalisto earn the opportunity to challenge Enzo Amore for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship? Find out tonight at 10/9 C on the award-winning WWE Network.

WWE 205 Live preview, Oct. 10, 2017: The era of Kalisto begins! Last night on Raw, Kalisto defeated Enzo Amore to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. How will Enzo Amore respond? Plus, TJP gets his wish and will battle his former friend Rich Swann once more. >Will Enzo Amore invoke his rematch clause against new WWE Cruiserweight Champion Kalisto? Last night on Raw, Enzo Amore's gift of gab got him into a tight spot with Raw General Manager Kurt Angle. The Certified G took issue with Kalisto receiving a WWE Cruiserweight Championship opportunity at WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs. Angle listened to Enzo's complaints and responded by telling The Realest Guy in the Room he would defend the WWE Cruiserweight Championship against Kalisto later that evening in a Lumberjack Match. With few allies outside the ring, Enzo battled the Lucha Libre sensation but lost the WWE Cruiserweight Championship following a jaw-dropping Salida del Sol from the top rope. The era of Enzo was over, as Cedric Alexander and Mustafa Ali hoisted the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion on their shoulders in celebration. Following his victory, Kalisto dedicated the match to WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero, whose birthday was last night. For his part, Enzo was angered by the outcome of the match, specifically blaming Ali, who pulled Enzo from the ring during a pinfall in retaliation for Enzo attacking him earlier in the bout. Has Kalisto restored the dignity of the division that the WWE 205 Live roster feels was lacking during Enzo's reign, or will The Certified G invoke his rematch clause and attempt to win back his lady? >TJP gets another chance to defeat Rich Swann Ever since losing their rubber match last month, TJP has been campaigning for a rematch with his former friend Rich Swann. Although the rivalry between the longtime pals and former WWE Cruiserweight Champions began with the type of spirited competition that is a signature of the Cruiserweight division, it has since destroyed their friendship, leaving both competitors unleashing attacks on one another in recent weeks. Tonight on WWE 205 Live, in an effort to contain their increasingly brutal rivalry, TJP and Swann will square off once more. While Swann did his best to salvage their friendship at the conclusion of their series of battles, The Duke of Dab has proven he is more than willing to sacrifice their relationship to show he's the better Cruiserweight. Will TJP succeed in defeating Swann, or will Swann prove definitively that he has The Fil-Am Flash's number? Find out tonight on WWE 205 Live at 10/9 C on the award-winning WWE Network.

>>80473 I feel like nobody really likes this thread, and 205 live is essentially the third hour of smackdown it even says so in the OP text, so why even pin this thread at all? All it does is split the discussion in half. post the 205 live card in the smackdown thread and then unpin the smackdown thread after it's over. We didn't have a thread for talking smack when it aired every week did we? Why do we need one for this? Also in advance, NXT is different because it airs on a different day and isn't even live. Also it doesn't get stickied ever anyways for some reason. I don't think I'm alone here besides the fact board traffic is way down from the site shitting the bed so that's why I made a poll. If you don't like the site I chose pick one that satisfies your conditions for being morally acceptable or something. Polls would probably have been a good addition to the site actually if we had kept progressing in adding features instead of trying to constantly fix the BROKEN ones we already have.
I like this thread.

>Neville
I just heard the news! Neville the elf-king packed and went back to elf-land! Wooo!
>>80478 >this thread It's the show, really. Even in the smackdown threads there are maybe two or three posts ever made. The autistic screeching over this thread getting pinned for an hour or two from a few posters, one of which has a grand total of two posts to his history, doesn't make sense and reeks of the kind of intentional shit-stirring that's well known for being done on this site over the past three years in various boards. The thread's here and it's going to stay, no poll is going to change that. 0-2 people use it or post about the in that week's smackdown, doesn't matter either way. You're not going to get banned for posting about cruiserweights in the thread that isn't stickied, so the point is moot. About as worth trying to start shit and post polls about as AJ Styles wearing red gloves or blue gloves on a given day. It affects absolutely nothing but a little icon next to a thread for a short period of time. Getting mad and trying to start shit over that is disingenuous. Other threads aren't magically locked by this happening. Most weeks 205 live's thread isn't even stickied, just given a match card post. >talking smack What's your point? If someone made a separate thread for it and it got enough discussion to be its own thread each week instead of a months-long general, oh well, doesn't matter. 25 page catalog on a slow board with only one thread on page 21, plenty of space. Use it or don't. >NXT Just like 205, nobody posts in the thread for it. It's stickied right now. It's still there, people can post in it, but they don't. Just like the ROH, TNA/GFW, non-PPV/tournament NJPW threads. None of the other things you brought up about NXT are relevant for this discussion. 205 benefits from being on right after a main show so if it does get stickied it's because activity's already going. NXT still gets sticked about as often as this thread, which isn't often. It's all just making mountains out of molehills suspiciously after a faggot using VPNs with zero posting history cried over the weekend. Very transparent, lots of animosity. Play some vidya, take a walk outside, smoke a cigar while grilling some burgers and sausages, have a drink, watch some shit from better eras from wrestling, calm your shit and relax. There are better things to get angry about in this modern world than a pin icon appearing by a thread for an hour.
>>80494 Well hey BO how's it going, anyways my point is that people have been complaining about this thread since the beginning and there's literally no reason for it to exist. I'm also not mad about this despite you saying that like 20 times, I just think this is a stupid decision and it was better the way it was before it got made. 205 live is an extension of smackdown so there's no reason for it to have a general. Also I doubt many people are gonna vote in the poll but if the majority of people think it's a bad idea and you ignore it you are doing a bad job as a BO point blank no way around it. Now if only like 4 people vote in it like I expect than yeah just fucking ignore it but if enough people think this is stupid than maybe you should listen to your minor collection of users. Sorry not trying to tell you how to do your job though, that's just a really dangerous mentality to have is all. WWE 205 Live preview, Oct. 24, 2017: Kalisto challenges Enzo Amore for WWE Cruiserweight Title in a WWE TLC rematch Tonight on WWE 205 Live, Kalisto invokes his rematch clause and will face Enzo Amore looking to reclaim the WWE Cruiserweight Championship! >Will The Brian Kendrick and Gentleman Jack Gallagher continue to target Cedric Alexander? After weeks of targeting Cedric Alexander, Gentleman Jack Gallagher and The Brian Kendrick unleashed an aggressive side of their nemesis, as Alexander proved he can hold his own against the British Superstar and The Man with a Plan, who pride themselves on being fighters. Recruiting his friend Rich Swann to square off against the nefarious duo at WWE TLC, Alexander proved once and for all that he wasn't intimidated by Gallagher and Kendrick, picking up a victory in an exciting tag team bout. It would seem Gallagher and Kendrick underestimated Alexander's ability and his friendship with Swann. However, they revealed a more intense side of Alexander – similar to the way Kendrick unleashed Gallagher's more aggressive nature – begging the question of whether this is all part of a plan. It remains to be seen if Gallagher and Kendrick will continue to focus on Alexander or move on, but the duo will certainly not back down from a fight. >Kalisto aims to reclaim the WWE Cruiserweight Championship Earlier this month on Raw, Kalisto defeated Enzo Amore for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship, temporarily putting a hold on the era of Enzo in the Cruiserweight division. The Certified G remained resilient, forging new alliances and remaining focused on reclaiming the title at WWE TLC. The Realest Guy in the Room – who has made it abundantly clear he will do whatever it takes to win – lived up to that promise last Sunday when he defeated Kalisto to become a two-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion. The hard-fought battle culminated in Enzo driving his thumb into the eye of his opponent while the official was distracted. Of course, the questionable tactic drew parallels to how The Certified G first won the title at WWE No Mercy, where he kicked Neville below the belt to secure the win. Nevertheless, Kalisto wasted little time invoking his rematch clause on Raw for tonight's episode of WWE 205 Live, before leading Gran Metalik, Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali and Rich Swann in a 10-Man Tag Team Match against Enzo, Ariya Daivari, Noam Dar, Tony Nese and Drew Gulak. Picking up a victory for his team following a Salida Del Sol on Enzo, Kalisto proved he's more than ready to reclaim the title tonight on WWE 205 Live at 10/9 C on the award-winning WWE Network.
I took a shit and listened to the late rebroadcast of infowars, was that more interesting than tonight's show?
How to make Drew Gulak get even the slightest bit of recognition or reason for the crowd to care about him: >keep his "no chants" gimmick >make it more extreme >have some jobber with no screen time like that jewish guy that got buried by Jason Jordan because squashing Curtis Hawkins didn't get him over enough that nobody would recognize and have him pretend to be the crowd >have the jobber chant to the point Gulak stops whatever he's doing and confronts the jobber >Gulak pulls jobber into the arena, beats him senseless, have security and shit rush out to make it kayfabe look real >Gulak gets a new theme >it's Vince McMahon's theme but with "chance" changed to "chants" >eventually turn this into a feud with a company man, like a McMahon, HHH, or even get Kevin Dunn out to fight t. smarter than creative

WWE 205 Live preview, Nov. 7, 2017: The UK Championship division comes to WWE 205 Live Tonight on WWE 205 Live, the U.K. Championship division – including U.K. Champion Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate – comes to the home of the Cruiserweights on WWE Network! >The UK Championship division invades WWE 205 Live Last night on Raw, WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore squared off against U.K. Champion Pete Dunne in a non-title Champion vs. Champion Match from Manchester, England. The BruiserWeight put on an impressive performance, and thanks to Kalisto preventing The Certified Ga from stealing a victory, Dunne picked up a win in his Raw debut against the WWE Cruiserweight Champion. As a result, the U.K. Championship Division – including Dunne, Tyler Bate, Jordan Devlin and Booker Andrews – has been invited to WWE 205 Live. If Dunne’s victory against The Realest Champ in the Room is any indication, the Cruiserweights could be in for a highly competitive evening from across the pond. After his battle with Dunne and the invitation for the U.K. Superstars to come to WWE 205 Live, the WWE Cruiserweight Champion followed suit, inviting the U.K. Championship Division to be guests on his new show, The Zo Show. What does the Certified Gay have in store for his new show, and will he seek payback against the lucha star and the U.K. Champion? >Will Gentleman Jack Gallagher have any homeland surprises for Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann? Last week on WWE 205 Live, Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann responded to Gentleman Jack Gallagher and The Brian Kendrick calling Swann a clown by showing up to the ring dressed as clowns. While Alexander only painted his face, Rich Swann picked up a victory against Kendrick while dressed in a clown costume. Although Alexander and Swann showed they weren’t intimidated by the threats from Gallagher and The Man with a Plan, the British Superstar and the former Cruiserweight Champion have proven before that they are persistent when it comes to accomplishing their goals. This, of course, begs the question of whether U.K.-native Gallagher will have a few tricks up his sleeve to further help Alexander embrace his cruelty and shun Swann. With the U.K. Championship division invited to WWE 205 Live, Gentleman Jack Gallagher and The Brian Kendrick may have some of Gallagher’s fellow countrymen to aid them in their cause. Don’t miss this huge episode of WWE 205 Live, featuring the U.K. Championship Division at 10/9 C on the award-winning WWE Network.

WWE 205 Live preview: Nov. 21, 2017: Akira Tozawa and Drew Gulak battle in a Street Fight Tonight on WWE 205 Live, in an effort to prove his toughness, Drew Gulak will face Akira Tozawa in a Street Fight. Plus, after defeating Kalisto to retain the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at Survivor Series Kickoff, Enzo Amore faces the prospect of a new challenger for the coveted title. Will his allies remain by his side? >Who will be the next challenger for the WWE Crusierweight Championship? During the Survivor Series Kickoff, Enzo Amore cheated Kalisto to retain the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Although The Certified G once again resorted to questionable tactics to secure the win, he nevertheless remains on top of the Cruiserweight division. Relishing in his victory on Raw, The Realest Champ in the Room brought “The Zo Train” – Tony Nese, Noam Dar, Ariya Daivari and Drew Gulak – and praised them as his allies. This prompted Rich Swann, Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali and Akira Tozawa to confront Enzo and his friends. Alexander explained to the champion that each of his compatriots wanted to earn a title opportunity, unlike “The Zo Train” who merely suck up to The Certified G. The verbal spat turned into a brawl before Raw General Manager Kurt Angle made it an Eight-Man Tag Team Match with Enzo watching from ringside. The team of Ali, Alexander, Swann and Tozawa was victorious following a jaw-dropping 0-5-4 executed by Ali. Each of the winning Cruiserweights certainly proved they are ready to earn the opportunity to face Enzo. Who will it be? >Akira Tozawa and Drew Gulak to battle in a Street Fight Drew Gulak revealed that Ezno was upset that “The Zo Train” was unsuccessful on Raw, so the WWE Cruiserweight Champion told his allies that they needed to be tougher. Explaining that he knows what it takes because he is from the streets, Drew Gulak revesled that he too was from the streets – specifically, the streets of Philadelphia. In an effort to prove his toughness, Gulak announced that he will face his rival, Akira Tozawa, in a Street Fight on WWE 205 Live. Seeing the scenario as a win-win, Gulak felt he could show “The Zo Train” how to handle business and continue his campaign for a better WWE 205 Live by silencing Tozawa’s chants for good. The Stamina Monster has experience in Cruiserweight Street Fights, having defeated The Brian Kendrick in one earlier this year. However, Gulak showed Tozawa the type of damage he can cause when he gave his nemesis a laryngeal contusion after a brutal assault. The stakes for Gulak and Tozawa are high, but only one Superstar will emerge as the tougher Cruiserweight. Catch all the Cruiserweight action tonight on WWE 205 Live at 10/9 C on the award-winning WWE Network. >inb4 no fucking weapons end up getting used

Why else would women tune into Keeping Up With The Kardashians or Real Housewives of Atlanta? Because they're dumb and feel entertained by the drama shit. Men don't watch that crap, we prefer something with a little more manliness thrown in. Something like Dexter, Game Of Thrones or Boardwalk Empire.

I'm on season 6 episode 3. Everyone says, "just keep watching man, it gets better". It has not and, in all likelihood, will not get better. It's not a great show. A show cannot run on narrative alone. When there are 6+ stories going on there's no room for character development. I don't give a shit about %90 of characters. They're all fucking dumb. Jon Snow, stumbling his way through life, yawn. Sansa Stark, gets shit on by every man she encounters and stares at the wall for it, yawn. Bran Stark, dragged by a retard into the snow because he saw a bird in his dreams with nothing to show from it, yawn. Stannis Baratheon, 2D king is slave of a witches pussy and his dreams to be king, literally no development, little display of any skepticism of Melisandre, yawn. Cersei, a fucking cunt in charge, yawn. Daenerys Targaryen, a stupid cunt who stumbled into power and has no idea what she's doing, yawn. Tommen, a boyking with no personality, no fight, and doesn't do anything, yawn. Arya Stark, a girl thrown around by the wind, when she does something, a non-major character usually makes a larger impact seconds later, yawn. Ramsay Bolton, an ass, we get it, yawn. The only interesting characters are Tyrion Lannister, The Hound, and maybe Jamie Lannister. The only characters who aren't made out of cardboard and have a shred of intelligence. There's so much going on and so little of it matters to the big picture. You cannot drive a story on inane happening after inane happening with little to no relief or inflection. I give such little shits about most of these characters and their stories. Who fucking cares about these 2D, flat, stereotypes. Please, somebody tell me what I'm missing! I've spent 62 hours on this shit so far and I'm going to finish. What else is there to look for but Melisandre's perfect tits and the destruction of the kingdom by ice zombies?
>>89205 >girls in bikinis LOL If I wanted to watch girls in bikinis, I'm sure I could find a Sports Illustrated swimsuit video somewhere. I prefer watching hardcore porn instead. If I wanted to see the cast in bikinis, I could easily google it instead of sitting through an hour of diva drama. That shit's already pretty painful to watch on SD/RAM, and those are only short segments. I can't imagine how retarded it gets on a show completely dedicated to it. To be fair though, I've never given it a chance and watched it, so maybe their retardation is funny to laugh at. I could definitely see this being the case if based Rusev or Miz makes fun of them.

Is Hideo Itami unstoppable? facebooktwitter Tumblr Pinterest Email Hideo Itami vs. The Brian Kendrick: Raw, Dec. 25, 201701:48 Since his debut on Raw — teaming with his longtime friend and ally Finn Bálor in a win over The Miztourage — Hideo Itami has made it cleat that the entire Cruiserweight division will respect him. The Japanese Superstar made his highly-anticipated WWE 205 Live debut last week, decisively defeating Colin Delaney in a true display of his in-ring abilities. On Raw, Itami faced a major challenge in former WWE Cruiserweight Champion The Brian Kendrick. Recently feeling overlooked for better opportunities, The Man with a Plan – with Gentleman Jack Gallagher at his side – was poised to stop the latest addition to the Cruiserweight division from mounting any additional momentum. Despite giving the Japanese Superstar a formidable effort, Kendrick fell victim to Itami’s patented Go to Sleep. With such a major victory against a former WWE Cruiserweight Champion under his belt, will Itami continue to prove unstoppable as he continues his quest to dominate the landscape of WWE 205 Live? Cedric Alexander is ready for 2018 facebooktwitter Tumblr Pinterest Email Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali & Akira Tozawa vs. Enzo Amore, Drew Gulak & Ariya Daivari - Six-Man Tag Team Miracle on 34th Street Fight: Raw, Dec. 25, 201702:18 Next week on the first Raw of 2018, Cedric Alexander will finally face Enzo Amore for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Earning the opportunity by winning a “Second Chance” Fatal 5-Way Match and then defeating Enzo’s ally Drew Gulak, Alexander has been laser-focused and nearly unstoppable, fending off every attempt by The Zo Train to make him question his own abilities. Last night on Raw, Alexander teamed up with Akira Tozawa and Mustafa Ali to defeat The Certified G, Gulak and Ariya Daivari in a Six-Man Tag Team Miracle on 34th Street Fight. Alexander picked up the victory for his squad with a Lumbar Check to Daivari, sending yet another message to the WWE Cruiserweight Champion. Before their meeting next week on Raw, Amore and The Zo Train have one last chance to sidetrack Alexander before he is one Lumbar Check away from becoming the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. What do The Realest Champ in the Room and his allies have in store for Alexander, and will it be enough to make Enzo’s challenger second-guess himself? WWE 205 Live preview, Jan. 2, 2018: Gentleman Jack Gallagher has second chance to get retribution against Hideo Itami On the first WWE 205 Live of 2018, Gentleman Jack Gallagher battles Hideo Itami in a rematch from the last WWE 205 Live of 2017. Plus, can Cedric Alexander maintain his momentum until WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore recovers from the flu? >Cedric Alexander keeps rolling with a surprise tag team partner Cedric Alexander’s new year was supposed to begin with an opportunity to challenge Enzo Amore for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. In recent weeks, Alexander has built incredible momentum against The Certified G, while also helping to dismantle Enzo’s loyal cadre, The Zo Train. Unfortunately, Alexander’s opportunity was postponed due to Muscles Marinara being hospitalized with the flu before Raw. '''' Despite not being able to challenge for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship, Alexander proved he was ready for action on Raw when he confronted two of Enzo’s top Zo Train loyalists, Drew Gulak and Ariya Daivari. Challenging the Charlotte, N.C.-native to a tag team match and doubting anyone would answer the call, Gulak and Daivari were stunned when Goldust made his way to the ring and joined the Cruiserweight division for the evening. '''' An impressive performance from Alexander earned he and The Bizarre One a victory and certainly put Enzo on notice that once he recovers, the major challenge to his WWE Cruiserweight Championship remains. Can Alexander continue his winning ways until his challenge is rescheduled, or will The Zo Train find a way to set the stage for The Certified G’s triumphant return? >Gentleman Jack Gallagher has a second chance to show Hideo Itami his brand of cruelty Last week on WWE 205 Live, Gentleman Jack Gallagher stepped inside the squared circle to face Hideo Itami. The previous night on Raw, a devastating Go To Sleep from Itami left Gallagher’s compatriott, The Brian Kendrick, with a fractured nose and orbital bone. Despite his best effort in a hard-fought contest, Gallagher’s cruelty was countered by the Japanese Superstar’s demand for respect, and the British competitor succumbed to the Rings of Saturn. '''' Although Gallagher closed out the final WWE 205 Live of 2017 with a defeat, tonight he has the opportunity to set the tone for 2018 – not only for himself, but for Itami as well – when he battles the hard-hitting Japanese Superstar in a rematch. Has Gallagher learned what is needed for victory from their first meeting, or will he be forced to respect the power and intensity of Hideo Itami and start off the new year with a loss? '''' Find out tonight on WWE 205 Live at 10/9 C on the award-winning WWE Network!

WWE 205 Live preview, Jan. 16, 2018: Is Cedric Alexander destined to be WWE Cruiserweight Champion? As Cedric Alexander continues to build momentum heading into his challenge for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at Royal Rumble against Enzo Amore, is there anything The Certified G and The Zo Train can do to slow him down? >IS TJP too overconfident? He's in the company again? Two weeks ago on WWE 205 Live, inaugural WWE Cruiserweight Champion TJP made his return to the home of the Cruiserweights, defeating former champion Akira Tozawa. It was a bold statement for The Duke of Dab to make upon his return, and he appeared laser-focused on reclaiming the top spot in the Cruiserweight division. Last week, TJP battled Gran Metalik in a rematch from the finals of 2016’s Cruiserweight Classic, and he was victorious in that initial meeting and would go on to win the tournament – a fact The Fil-Am Flash was all too happy to remind his opponent of before the match. Unfortunately for TJP, history did not repeat itself, and he was defeated by Metalik. As the masked Superstar celebrated with his friend Kalisto, an irate TJP took out his aggression by trashing the announce table and overturning the steel steps. There is no doubting The Duke of Dab’s accolades or his success in helping build WWE 205 Live, but as the competition has only intensified – especially during his hiatus – has TJP’s confidence become a detriment that affects his in-ring ability? >Cedric Alexander is ready for a new era of WWE 205 Live There has been no question that Cedric Alexander has built a formidable amount of momentum in recent weeks during his chase to capture the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. With his new ally Goldust in his corner, Alexander has only continued to show the Cruiserweight division and the WWE Universe why he one of the top contenders at 205 pounds and under. Last week on WWE 205 Live, Alexander displayed his cunning repertoire by feigning a leg injury in an effort to defeat – and embarrass – Tony Nese in front of WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore. For his part, The Certified G has managed to evade Alexander due to circumstances out of his control. First, he came down with the flu at the beginning of the year, postponing their Cruiserweight Championship battle, and the next week when they did square off, Enzo injured his ankle and retained the title by losing via count-out. Despite the string of bad luck for The Realest Champ in the Room, Alexander has shown little sympathy for his nemesis, kicking Enzo’s injured ankle after defeating Nese last week on WWE 205 Live. On Raw, Alexander once again defeated The Premier Athlete in front of Enzo, continuing to build more momentum before their championship match at Royal Rumble. Although Cedric Alexander and Goldust are prepared for the Age of Alexander to begin in the Cruiserweight division, will The Certified G and The Zo Train be able to put a stop to Alexander’s string of success before the Cruiserweight Championship Match?

As far as WWE cruiserweight matches go nowadays, TJP/Mustafa Ali from this week's Main Event was surprisingly fast paced and a cut above the norm. Mind you, it was still Main Event Match #2, so it didn't get a lot of time, but I felt they did the most with it.
>>93415 Does Main Event use the same production crew as NXT? Sounds like the same announcers. It's interesting, like they treat the loserweights better/more seriously on the hulu/britbong sports channel-exclusive mini-show than on the main shows or the loserweight-dedicated show.

205 Live House Show Results 1.20.18 Lowell, MA >I’ve got the attendance at a very reasonable 800-900 at bell time. There is a small merchandise table with t shirts for Bray Wyatt, Matt Hardy (reborn by fate), Kalisto and Enzo. There is a generic 205 Live shirt. JoJo is handling the ring announcing. They opened with the same video that accompanies the weekly TV show. >1. Hideo Itami vs. Jack Gallagher. Excellent 12 minute match win by Itami with his new version of the diamond cutter. >2. Kalisto and Gran Metalik vs. TJP and Drew Gulak. Excellent 17 minute match. These guys are holding nothing back. Gulak is an absolute master as controlling a crowd. Kalisto with the pin on TJP. >3. Woken Matt Hardy pinned Bray Wyatt with a Twist of Fate in 14 minutes. Pre match, Hardy did a great job educating the audience who probably didn’t get the Woken character. He led the crowd in the OBSOLETE Song. Fun little brawl and the crowd seems to be really having a blast. >4. Akira Tozawa vs. Ariya Daivari. These two absolutely put on a show. Crowd was completely into Tozawas HA’s. Akira with the senton off the top for the win in about 11 minutes. >5. Tony Nese vs Mustafa Ali. Decent match. Mainly grounded with Some high spots by Ali. Ali with a SPECTACULAR 450 for the pin in about 13 minutes. >6. Enzo Amore vs Cedric Alexander for the WWE Cruiserweight title with Nia Jax as referee. Crazy reaction for Enzo, cheers and boos. Running down Lowell in epic fashion, not that he has to stretch too far. Enzo showing no Ill effects of the ankle. Enzo is on fire playing to the crowd. Cedric was outstanding and Enzo kept up. Jax with a Samoan Drop on Cedric to set up and Enzo pin in 15 minutes. >Credit Anthony Pires and PWinsider.com

So we've got a 16-man tournament for the vacant CW title, culminating at WrestleMania Kickoff Last Night: Cedric Alexander beat Gran Metalik TJP beat Tyler Bate Next Week: Hideo Itami vs. Roderick Strong Kalisto vs. Lince Dorado Assuming the remaining active guys compete - Akira Tozawa, Ariya Daivari, Drew Gulak, Jack Gallagher, Mustafa Ali, Tony Nese - that still leaves 2 empty spots. Is this true?
>>98070 True in the sense that it's been reported by all the usual dirtsheets in recent weeks. But the Mixed Match Challenge ends right around Wrestlemania, so if this deal between WWE and (((Facebook))) ends after the MMC, 205 Live goes back to a full hour after Smackdown, and we're back to square one with Alicia Fox and Goldust and Tony Nese selling for candy corn like they're thumbtacks… don't be surprised if Meltzer and his ilk are suddenly (and conveniently) saying Vince is taking control of the show again. >>97776 I don't think there's been any official statement on this, but this is my speculation on the matter: Last summer they gave Roderick Strong that great video package, but afterwards he kept failing to win big matches at TV tapings (other than against an outgoing Bobby Roode) and he ultimately wound up as a sort of a third-wheel in that Wargames match in November. Since then, he called out Lars Sullivan at an NXT taping (which went nowhere), and then he was used as UK title filler/fodder. It's entirely possible he could spend many more months spinning his tires like this in NXT, but after more than a year 'learning where the hard cam is' and with like half of Ring of Honor's 2015 roster on the docket I suspect his main roster debut was imminent and he's been slotted as a cruiserweight. Best of luck to you Mr. Strong, you're going to need it.
