But the pages I'm posting photos of are the last two in her essay Black Man and White Ladyship. Which she wrote as an explanation on race to her mother that was outraged by her relationship. As you can see, she kind of balks at the suggestion that she should consider blacks inferior because of their low technological achievement, as she sees those things as nothing but trivialities that separate one from the vitality of living, and punctuates this preference for the vital by a clear indication of being partially influenced by lust when she plainly states that "nature has given him the best body among all the races". She seems to see the superiority of the black man's body as an argument in and of itself against white civilization. Very interesting stuff to get into with that.

I checked the studies and their citations and most of them are Asian authors complaining about Asian women being fetishized and Asian men being rated unattractive. I found a larger study called Racial Preferences in Dating (2008) from Fisman et al. with 400 participants. Didn't really present the data I was looking for, but it also stated Asian men were rated very low. Compared to the attractiveness ratings of Asian men, those of White men are kinda small. It's not really a massive preference in favor of black men or against white men. Men in general actually get rated pretty low, usually beneath the median on their scales.
