This is from the manga "King of Thorn" (2002-2005). This scene never made it into the 2009 movie for whatever reason. It was replaced with Kasumi hitting her head on something and falling unconscious in the water and dreams about the time she tried to slit her wrist in the bathtub. Marko dives in after her. Some monster fish circle above her but they quickly swim away when he approaches her.
